The refund was the correct action for the company to take, but I would have ben happier to have received the product that I ordered. I place an on line order for 3 sheets of 3/8" x 2' x4' plywood. The package arrived quickly, but they shipped the wrong product. I received 10mm x 2'x4' sheets. They are actually .470" almost 1/2". The shipping label has my correct order on it, but each sheet is clearly marked 10mm. I have sent several emails asking how they will resolve the issue and always get the same answer "we're looking in to it". I did not order 10mm thick boards, I ordered 3/8" and now I'm stuck with product I do not need.

We hired RPI for all of our cabinets in our new house and put down over $18k in September. I…read moreinformed Bob in early November that we wanted the cabinets delivered after the thanksgiving holiday. Nothing was delivered and when I tried to contact him, he did not respond. I eventually talked to him and he just made excuses and said that he was still waiting on some of the order. When I asked when they would arrive, he said he didn't know. It is now over 5 months since we placed the order and he will not respond. This is holding up the completion of our house and have been forced to purchase cabinets from a different company. He has forced me to take legal action to recover my deposit. As others have stated, I would stay clear of RPI. I would rate him 0 or negative but that is not an option.
