I ordered online using the website shown on their menu and when I went to pick up my order they refused to make my order because I didn't use Uber eats or the other third party ordering platform! I showed the woman that they had already changed my card and she said that there was nothing she could do. I told her that she could either make my order or give me a refund! I had her call her manager who was also dimwitted and said that I had to call my card company for a refund. I'm amazed that this is the type of personnel entrusted to run a business. It's one thing for you to not have had the basic training or knowledge of your own pos system but it's another thing entirely to have the personnel not offer a reasonable solution. I shouldn't have to go out of my way to get my money back, it's extremely inconvenient. The owners are irresponsible and they should be embarrassed! read more

I rarely if ever leave a negative review but the horrendous demeaning service and subpar quality of ice cream at this location gave me no choice. The woman who took our order shouldn't be working in a customer facing job. She was rushing us with our order (without a line behind us) though we followed the ludicrous no more than 2 samples rule they have (never saw this before). She gave us an attitude and acted like we were wasting her time with every new order we put in - there were 5 of us and I would've got something for each of us but the way she acted made me get out of there with only 3 orders. She made a mistake on an order by rushing us and then blamed us. On top of this all the ice cream was flavorless. Didn't enjoy the experience or the ice cream and it was the worst $30 I've ever spent. Would have rather given it to a business happy to take our business than looking like they're doing us a favor. I really like this ice cream and my kids love it. My only issue with them is their pricing. It's now over eight dollars for a medium cup of ice cream which is pretty high. The store is well-maintained and the service is good. They typically have the same flavors every night and they also have some low-carb products in their store for sale which are also good. If you're into low-carb this is the place to go and I guess you have to pay a premium to have it as a bonus it's also kosher which probably contributes to the higher pricing. read more

Place is very clean and well maintained and owner is a serous guy but will crack a smile everyy an now and then. I saw this place whilee on my way to a meeting and since I didn't have breakfast or lunch needed something quick to give me Somme energy. We're not proud to admit that we have been to this location three times in the past four days. It's the closest ice cream nearby and we feel less guilty about getting it even if we know in our hearts that their calorie info is complete and utter bullshit. We've been to both D'Lites franchises in Austin, so knew what we were getting into, but this one is pretty run down and attracts the WORST/most annoying/we no longer have faith in humanity kind of people. We were in and out as fast as could be and after having to listen to other folks' conversations outside on the first night, we switched to eating in our cars the next two times. Our daughter got this disgusting "superman" ice cream all three nights that was red, yellow, and blue and tasted like fruit loops gone rotten, but whatever, she loved it. One night one of us got a cookie kind of scoop ice cream thing and it was good and tasted fairly light; otherwise we stuck to the delicious chemical soft serve: pistachio/milky way twist, vanilla/chocolate twist; nutella. They are generous with their sprinkles, hallelujah! Staff is efficient. Listen, if you know what you're getting into with this kind of establishment, you'll be happy you came and won't mind coming back. Wow, this was the first time I have ever been disappointed by D'Lites. I have been to several locations across the state and I usually make it a point to stop by one whenever there is a location nearby. This particular spot was, however, a hot mess. First of all, the store was so crowded that the whole process of ordering felt chaotic and rushed. Nobody said hello to me when I came into the shop and even when I ordered my ice cream the guy looked and acted like he was bothered by me being there. Then, after I paid with a $20 (my order came to $9 because I bought a chocolate bar) the guy working there literally tried to take my money! I had to ask him to give me a $10 bill because he only gave me the spare change. He had to open the register back up. I am glad I asked since he would have basically stolen my money. The ice cream flavors were pretty decent, although they were a little too icy for my liking. D'Lites is usually known for its creamy consistency and this particular spot did not compare. I would not go back. Horrible service doesn't outweigh even the slight possibility of there being redeeming flavors. read more

I love your frozen, soft yogurt/ice cream!!! It is super, duper tasty and always creamy and cold. I can order a Junior (even kid's size) and still get a large serving of ice cream on my cone! About $3-4 for a soft serve ice cream in a cone, which is somewhat pricey, but the quality is great. I am suspicious about the "fat free" "healthy" "low sugar" etc claims this location makes (how can it taste this delicious and be low in fat, sugar, and healthy) and I suspect they *might* use artificial sweeteners (who doesn't these days?), but I'll ask to confirm. There is also seating inside and out for those to sit down and relax with cup or cone. Bonus! They sometimes have Aventura Magazines (subscription costs over $20) for FREE for you to enjoy while you eat and take home. This location is always crowded for a reason. read more

I live nearby and come as often as possible. They've been my go-to for the past few months. They charge per topping however the offerings come in larger than average portions.
