Work ethic is a big deal. Unfortunately, it's something lacking in a lot of people these days. Communication is another problem. Fortunately, Andy excels at both. I'm also a stickler for automobile detailing, as it's something that I usually do myself. Right now, I don't have six hours to spend doing that. My daughter's 2014 Mazda3 was filthy inside. She likes to go hiking with her pooch in the woods, get "woodsy", and didn't have seat covers on this cute little car. Complicating matters was a recent crash, for which the car just came out of the shop (if you're looking for a 5-star body & paint shop, look up Crossroads Collision Center). Fresh paint needs protection! And no, it causes no damage to wax or seal a newly painted vehicle; that's a myth. Andy communicated nicely through the Yelp app. He works by appointment only and arrived as promised. He and his partner have a self-contained mobile detailing unit, based out of the pickup. They don't need your water or electricity. They washed, polished/buffed, and waxed the exterior; dressed the tires; and deep-cleaned the filthy interior. They got out all but one stain, which is an acrylic paint that only gasoline and a flamethrower would remove. They did everything in about 2 hours for a very reasonable $140. Andy smartly uses Square. I was happy to tip him and scheduled the same treatment for my car. It's in need of some TLC. Wow! I am super impressed with D*Luxe Mobile Detail! My car was a dog fur filled mess, and I was wanting to get the interior cleaned out before our new baby's arrival. I had tried vacuuming it myself before and just could never get all the fur out no matter how much I tried. So, I figured I would try to get it detailed (and being 9 months pregnant, having someone who could come out to me was ideal). They did a good job on my truck. Then I asked if they could do my dune buggy and it was almost two thirds the price for half the vehicle.

The company reached out to me quickly and we're prompt on arrival. I had some old stains on my seats from years of having a dog over the years who would lick her paws the seats from allergies and it would go through the seat cover :/ I figured the stains were permanent but decided to ask them to try to get it out. The car came out looking amazing and I waited until the seats dried so my hopes wouldn't be dashed- the stains are gone!! I am so happy! They are reasonably priced and I enjoyed not having to leave the house. I had prices elsewhere but I would have to catch a ride home and leave my car. This way was so nice! Bought a 2013used car from the east coast for a great deal. I can tell the leased owner hadnt really ever waxed or polished the acura ilx. I'm giving two stars because of the convenience of them coming to my home to clean my car, but honestly I feel like I shouldn't have even paid as much as I did for the service I received. No attention to detail. I received a text saying they were finished with my car, I came out and began inspecting and was able to wipe dirt and dust with my fingers. They went around the car one more and still missed so much. My seats were still wet when they left, so I wasn't able to see how poorly done the "shampooing" job was until they had left.
