I walked in and asked for a full set color white only. They quickly rushed me to do my feet after multiple times of saying no. I finally agreed. I never should have. The lady cut into my toe making me bleed also cut my nails way to short and gave me an ugly looking "French" look. Even after being told polish white. They did the same to my hands.. All this while another employee continued to sing loudly into a karaoke machine!!!! I will never return. The service was horrible. They did exactly what THEY WANTED not what the customer (me) asked for... they said let us fix it. I looked at the lady and said please do not touch me anymore I can't stand on my right foot. Today I went in to get a facial with Hanna and upon me paying for my service she pulls out her phone with was apparently an old ticket stating the last time I went with my disabled mother they mistakenly forgot to charge $12. Today is 5/9/19 and apparently this was back in November 2018. Seriously do you think I will remember that far back? I would never leave without paying and secondly her ticket showed I paid $146 for both my mom and I. That sounds high already.
