A little disappointed is an understatement. I neglected 6 red flags. I reached out to the salon with my concern. Although they stated they could get me another consultation with a different stylist, I declined because Becca was already a level 6. I was disappointed that they didn't even offer a reimbursement or even a partial reimbursement. I will not use this salon again and recommend researching all stylists at this location before booking an appointment. Below is the requested hair style, and the results received. It had been a good experience until about a year ago; lately, the vibe has been off and the conversation has become mostly one-sided. However, my most recent visit was completely unacceptable. I paid nearly $60 for a haircut, but instead of a professional service, I spent 45 minutes being forced to listen to Mark talk about himself. I heard all about every place he's gone snorkeling and why the sand is different in different locations--all while he made maybe 6 or 7 actual cuts to my hair. Because he was so distracted by his own stories, he put zero effort into the finish. He didn't even try to style or dry it properly, leaving my thin, shoulder-length hair completely flat to my head. When you spend that much money, you expect to walk out feeling good, not like you just paid to be an audience for a travel monologue. It was unprofessional, and since the salon won't return my messages, I won't be returning to them.
