So when Brandon commented on my town's Facebook page offering help with my faucet issue, I took down the number... but waited. Just had Dave at my house for a service call and was really impressed. This gentleman knows his…read morestuff. I had a a service contract with my old oil company who had been coming for years including November of '24', until they sent an unscrupulous technician that tried to upsell me a million things. At that point I switched to Parsippany Fuel Oil and got a service contract with them, so ultimately with Dave. Our heat went last night, so I called first thing today. Dave came immediately said that since it was his first time here he wanted to do his regular service first. As soon as he saw the filter and the nozzle he asked if we have had anyone ever service it. When I told him, just this November, he looked at me and said, 'I'm going to tell you for sure they didn't do it because the oil filter is horrible and your nozzle for the burner is completely clogged.' In 10-15 minutes Dave had me up and running. I would highly recommend him.

Came and supposedly replaced my aquastat board (which is the computer to your furnace) in Nov 23,…read moreby Nov 24 it was bad again! Warranty was only 3 months! The total job which altogether with cleaning and new transformer was $1,100!!! I just paid to replace it again and the company that came said they haven't replaced an Aquastat board like the one Dave replaced mine with in YEARS!!! Plus he said if he replaced the board why didn't he spend the extra three minutes and replace the box!!! Today this cost me $538 (warrantied for a year) where Dave charged me $600! MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND HIS WARRANTY BEFORE YOU LET HIM IN YOUR DOOR!!
