Cups for sampling, many different sizes to take home

If you like to cook and/or eat, you must stop in here. You can sample the oils and vinegars and buy in many different sizes. The flavors are endless. If you feel overwhelmed, ask the staff for assistance. You can even mix flavors for an even more explosive taste. We finally settled on currant balsamic and garlic oil as a bread mix- so good! The stations also have recommendations on how to use the oil. If I lived here, I would come in every day.

People go to Walla Walla for wine tasting. Now there's something for the designated drivers. Balsamic vinegar and olive oil tasting. I have never seen so much variety before. It's interesting how one combination of balsamic vinegar and olive oil add flavor to a dish, baked good and even a drink! I couldn't just choose one and so I ended up getting 8 combinations. I've already tried 4 of the combination and it was really good! I am a newbie to this and I had to buy their recipe book which has got a good collection of dishes. If you're brave enough, you can try your own combination.

If you're searching for unique food-centric gifts, stop by this shop. The shelves are lined with a cool assortment of loose leaf teas and blends, flavored sea salts, balsamic vinegar, and olive oils (mostly the boring flavor infused kind that are a dime a dozen, unfortunately). Also in stock are fun and useful gifts for any home chef and of course a small local wine section (and wine-themed goodies). The ladies running the store were super welcoming and friendly, encouraging us to try all of the foodstuffs in the store. One of them even came out from behind the register and insisted I taste some of their olives (they were really good). The prices are a little on the higher than they should be side, but I'm sure rent is expensive in Old Town Walla Walla. I left with a small bottle of olive oil and the woman behind the counter wrapped it up so carefully, my bag was pretty with multicolored tissue paper and a cute mesh bow. This is a great place if you're looking for a gift for the foodie in your life.

I could spend all day just tasting there a olive oil, vinegar, and delicious salts. It is a perfect location to find unique gifts for friends and family. I will just pick up some cheese curds for a last-minute picnic. The lady with the cat tattoo is always really nice and welcoming.

It was fresh grapefruit juice which was delicious. Also got started with Seared Ahi. The mango salsa was refreshing and I loved the plantain chips that came with it! It was hard to pick a main dish but I settled on the Wild King Salmon, and we also got the Chicken Marsala. The king salmon was to die for. So incredible and everything paired so well together. The sauce, bok choy, everything! I still am thinking about this dish days later. The chicken Marsala was also so delicious, I really enjoyed the chicken and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked, and I loved the polenta paired with it. All the dishes were so delicious! I would return here again and have the same dishes, but I can't wait to try their other dishes they offer. It's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! Can't wait to try again when back in Walla Walla.

We particularly enjoyed the Ahi which was full of fresh salsa and plantains, the subtle Black Sea salt was the perfect touch. The pulpo or octopus was also really well executed and had a nice fresh green garnish with the perfect amount of parsley. As a side note the owner and chef was onsite, clearly keeping an eye on both the back AND front of house during the meal. You just don't see that commitment often, Thanks Jose!

Here's the breakdown Ambiance- pub style with plenty of tvs and great art. Comfortable chairs and table heights, a little chilly for a few of us but temperature is always a preference. Bathrooms were clean and decorated nicely.they have a phone charging station which any other time we may have used lol but it was our first stop in town -10 Service- friendly, average wait on food and drinks. Food- Here's where we get some dings. Great menu choices all around, soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, chicken, fish n chips and more. Portions were great! I anticipated my niece wouldn't eat it all so I ordered a side salad and the waitress suggested I order a half garden salad for a little more than lettuce and dressing, great suggestion! All portions were hearty! The onion ring starter was an 8- batter was perfect! Not too much, not too little and tasty, except for the hint of fish, which indicated to me they mix their fryer food. The onion inside was thick and flavorful, not pungent at all. Burger- Everyone loved the flavor of their burgers. The shroom boom has a jam on it that wasn't to my husbands liking and he'd take it off next time as he would love to order it again. The Dynaburget has a little hit, but flavorful. The fries that came with our burgers were a solid 10, crispy outside and soft inside. Everything was hot on service. What we all wished and hadn't caught when we ordered was that our burgers were all cooked to a well temp, and that did leave a bit of a downer for us as we like our burgers medium or medium rare. They didn't have that juicey goodness that we would give a 10, a little dry, and gave it a premade patty feel however it wasn't a premade patty taste so we felt like it was handmade patties. Overcooked and still flavorful, therefore we dropped our overall rating to a 7. Next time we will make sure to share our cook temp preference.

A…read moregrocery store built on the premise of healthy options now sells mostly main stream junk food products from the mega corporation Pepsico which uses very manipulative advertising and false claims. Their cereal is mostly sugar based, same effect on the brain as cocaine and proven to cause brain rot. There are few to no organic options I buy such as hummus, cereal, chips, non sweetened fruit, bread, unprocessed protein options, and milk. Personally I don't like being "served", I think required politeness and civility hurts workers by emotionally enslaving them and isn't authentic to the history of the products, how they are made, and what they really are. Instead of processing the history of products they are selling empty emotional transactional "vibes" essentially trying to emotionally own the transaction. Payment shouldn't be a value The bulk food section is an option with a wide selection though not as many organic options as I'd prefer. The vitamin selection is adequate though I'd prefer to buy medicinal tinctures in larger quantities than available. The vegetarian processed food is too expensive to buy on a budget, non organic, and have way too much oil and salt in them. Most of the brands sold are lecherous and emotionally manipulative. I know they are trying to process their "biblical" beliefs but "killer" bread, "love" cereal, "gold" milk, "Morningstar" vege food, is just garbage.
