Soooooo i've been coming here for a little over a year. I was always going to Drea and she was AWESOME! Now that she has left the service is perplexing!!!! I paid $85 for a SHORT nail gel french set. 2 days later my gel was already cracked and chipped. I didn't even make it out of the airport and my nails were chipped. So i come back and let them know, the girl said "we'll fix for free" like yes ma'am of course, when requesting 10% off of the next service or $20 she mentioned they would not do that. This definitely made me upset because I already had to come here again in such a short amount of time, they need to figure out how to compensate people for their time. Nevertheless, I will be back once the manager is in tomorrow since no one is equipped to rectify complex matters without him. read more

I give this place a 5 for customer service, but the 3 stars is for the pedicure. My pedicure was $47 and it felt very rushed. This place is hit or miss. No one in the establishment can do toes. There is an older goofy guy that definitely cannot do a pedicure. One female cut my cuticle. She was one of the better ones in there. Unfortunately it might just be this side of town but they really don't do good work and the product doesn't last past a week without a crack. I have been searching for a nail salon I can call home for quite some time and I think this may be it. Customer service was outstanding. The owner was extremely personable. All the staff had good attitudes and seemed happy to be at work. I got a pedicure and a fill in. Ken did both and he did an outstanding job. The owner did the designs. This was the best pedicure I have ever experienced. The salon is very nice and clean. All materials were tidy and organized. I look forward to coming back. I'm taking away one star because the pedicure price list was a bit misleading. Gel polish is a $15 upcharge and that wasn't mentioned. This salon is garbage! Old rude lady kept nipping and snatching at my hands during my fill in while trying to tell me what I want on my hands that I'm paying to have serviced. She put this solid pink bs on very sloppily then got upset and fussed at me when I objected. I felt some burning, when I was taking a shower this morning, on my cuticle area and realized the skin had been completely picked off. I had a terrible manicure at D'or Nail Bar. The lady painted all over my fingers and went over the mistakes with a paintbrush and nail polisher remover afterwards which severely dried out the skin around my nails. The polish was so old and dried up she had to add in nail polish thinner to revive it. She did a horrible job applying the nail polish and it was very sloppy and clumpy looking. I literally could've done a better job at home. The polish started chipping the next day and the skin around my nails is so dry it's peeling off. Don't go to D'or Nail Bar if you want your nails to last more than a day or if you don't want dried out skin. read more

So I came here today and I had and old white gel set on my toes and just wanted a polish change. I did not ask for gel again just a polish change and the man who did my toes proceeded to just do gel polish and tried to charge me $30 which I didn't ask for the polish set was horrible btw. At the register I explained this and they said well he will take it off and do regular I said fine. When he was polishing my toes it seemed he purposely was trying to cut me when taking the polish off and at the end the polish was clumpy and looked like I painted it myself. I got the honey & milk pedicure and a full set with designs. I liked this place but it was a bit overpriced for the quality of pedicure, not even a good massage because the tech was newer and timid. I definitely recommend for nails, but they of course charge for designs. read more

Let's start on a good note, the people was very friendly....but the quality of the nails is not worth it. I had to talk to the lady the whole time to fix my nail that was red flag number one. I told the lady that my nail was crooked she said no it's not ...I said ma'am we're not gonna have a conversation that is your finger... It's the nail you CUT crook. I've been getting my nails done since I was 16 years old and this was not worth 105 dollars. We're not even gonna talk about the pedicure because honestly that didn't even happen(A rushed job for nobody to be in here). I don't know if the people are new but I will never go back. Decent work. Not great but not bad. Expect to pay a different price every time you go. I got a full set almond shape French tip and paid $90. Went back 3 weeks later for a fill French tip and paid $95. I was charged extra for the shape I already had when I came in, extra for the length I came in with, and $35 for uneven French tips. I've also paid just $45 for a fill too. So just be prepared for random prices when you go. read more

I first called to see if they had walk-in availability. The receptionist was kind and helpful and told me they would be able to take care of me with 5 mins of my arrival (didn't get her name but she is a younger, fair-skinned Black woman). When I was situated, the receptionist offer me water. Steven and Bella worked on my nails. Steven did my gel pedicure and Bella did my SNS manicure with tips. They both did a phenomenal job (hopefully I can edit this review to add photos). Steven even gave me some suggestions regarding my nail health. There was a nice balance of cordial conversation and letting my "zone out" during the process. The receptionist also stopped by the see how I was doing. Omg the customer service (or lack there of) was so poor. The lady that did my pedicure was so rough and seemingly irritated that I didn't want gel on my toes. The gel is too harsh for me so I no longer get it. The people doing my services just seemed irritated that they were at work overall. When they finished my services they literally just walked off. I had to stand at the register just as confused as the people checking me out because my service providers didn't say a word to me or anybody at the front after finishing my services. I've been coming here since they opened almost a year ago and everyone in there does really good nails ! Amazing First experience, wasn't expecting such a good nail design when I was the last customer right before close.

I called this morning to make an appointment for 3 o'clock. I showed up at 2:59 where someone walked up and shouted at me "what do you want", I told him I was there for a full set and a pedicure he then yelled "follow me "where he walked me to a chair and then walked away. I proceeded to sit there for almost 15 minutes no water in the pedicure bowl or anyone even letting me know what's happening. I looked over to the people next to me working and asked "excuse me do you know the guest Wi-Fi password" to which the man doing the manicure looked at the woman doing the pedicure, he rolled his eyes and said" yeah it's the phone number". After 15 minutes of waiting and horrible customer service I got up and walked out. Huge waste of my time. I have no clue how their workers but if it's anything like their customer service or lack there of skip this place and go somewhere else read more

The young lady was really nice, however, I would've much appreciated if she said she cannot do designs rather than try. Not to mention the damage done to my cuticles. Paid for regular mani/pedi service. $50 Pros: Warm greeting and sign-in, clean establishment, my nails look great. Cons: I wasn't offered refreshments as I heard with other customers. My nail tech was not mean or rude, but she wasn't nice or particularly friendly. She was sort of young, from what I could tell. I'm guessing her mind wanted to be somewhere else on a Thurs evening. She cut my right thumb. While waiting for my nails to dry before paying, she was on her phone for like 15 min (not talking but texting, web, whatever). Due to it being my first time here, I didn't know if I was done or what was going on. Running errands in the shopping center and good reviews brought me to this place. She did a great job on my nail shape and she got me in and out very quickly. I asked for opi funny bunny and she sold me on trying a new color they have called American white. Unfortunately, they use cheap sns and my nails all turned yellow in 48 hours. Skills get a 5, products get a 1. I went back and they fixed it no problem. Will be back again. Cherry does an amazing job on shape! Update I went back for my 3 week mani and this time I made sure they used OPI. I dk it it's the activator they use or what but having the same yellowing issue on purple nails. They say it's cleaning chemicals or chlorine, but I haven't cleaned or been near anything that could cause this. I had a great experience at D'or today. I arrived a bit late in the day with no appointment and they were able to take me in for a SNS manicure. Vincie was amazing and gave me exactly what I asked for and did not rush (an issue I have with many salons in ATL trying to get me in and out). The salon was very clean with a chic atmosphere and had many services! There were a few women getting brows and lashes done when I was there who seemed to also have a great experience. nice location. Alright prices. I went there a while ago to get a full set the prices are bit high for a French tip on each nail. Then I came back a few weeks later and got a pedicure. I'm not sure what the difference is between the de luxe pedicure and basic. They seem Similar just deluxe has that neck pillow and the neck pillow did stink I didn't like the smell the whole time. My pedicure that I got was okay. Just my big toe isn't shinny and I got a French tip style which was a total of $60 some.
