Y'all... this is probably my third time coming here, and they are the bomb.com! One thing I love is that as soon as you walk in, someone greets you and gets you seated quickly. Everyone is attentive, friendly, and they truly take pride in their work. The technician who did my pedicure took her time and was so thorough. She made sure my nails were healthy, cleaned every part of my toes, removed all the dead skin, and didn't rush the process at all. Everything was amazing! I'll definitely be back. This has become my go to nail salon whenever I'm on this side of town. And just so you know, this isn't sponsored. I paid with my own money! My gel pedicure was only $62, which was absolutely worth it. I left a $10 tip (honestly, I could've left more), because the service was that good. I LOVE LA BELLE! I was in search for a quality nail place for MONTHS. I'm very particular about how I want my nails to look and it's been hard to find a good shop. I was recommended to La Belle and haven't been disappointed. I always book Gel X with Ruby and she has never disappointed me. Not sure if it was the wine or what lol, but this was quite possibly the best pedicure and nail salon experience that I ever had. I kept cycling through reviews, and ultimately I just decided on this place. Parking is tight, as it shares a lot with Publix, an urgent care, and so many other places. I was immediately greeted and sat down at the pedicure area. Chairs look new and clean. In fact, I watched an employee spray down and wipe the chair after a customer left. I had a male pedicures and he was wonderful. Very gentle yet firm as he worked on my feet. The water was so warm and soapy. The customers around me seemed happy and happy with their services, which is very telling because I've been to places where customers were either leaving or visibly upset. The place was very clean (including the bathrooms), smelled good, and had great music! I got a gel deep French pedi (basic spa) for 74, including tip (without was about 62), which I'd say is average for the area. Plus, the experience was worth it to me. I read the reviews before coming and decided to give it a try. As mentioned by all of the other reviews, the staff is pretty friendly and attentive. There was an older woman who did my pedicure with salt and pepper, gray hair, kind of shoulder length. She was so gentle. She took her time and wanted to make sure that each thing was done just right. Even when I was undecided about my nail polish, she offered to try all the colors. At other salons I've experienced nail techs sucking their teeth or getting an attitude but this woman did not. She was also happy to recommend another color that she thought might work. When I pointed out that I had a tender spot on my leg, she made sure that she went around it so that she wouldn't irritate it. I also got a manicure, by a middle-age guy approx average height/ build. The manicure started out a little awkward. He seemed to be struggling a bit to hold onto things, a little clumsy. When he started cutting my fingernails, I felt like he was cutting too much so I told him just to file them. I wish he had asked before he started cutting. Also his polishing skills weren't the best, just ok. I later noticed, that my toenails were cut further in to where my skin underneath the nail came out further than the toenails. I prefer my nail to meet at the end of my toe. I didn't recognize when the lady was cutting, my toenails too far. All in all it was a great experience, but I think they might be a little clip happy. Not trippin because I know my nails will grow back. I think they need to not clip so much of a nail unless it is damaged. Everything else is great. the place was super clean and I was one of the last ones in the shop that night so I witnessed them wiping everything down after each customer got up. read more

Terrible customer service. A worker cut me to the point of bleeding. No one apologized. Then when I politely asked him to scrub more with the stone, he quit and stormed off. But wait there's more, he had the audacity to walk by me after, look me in my eye and talk smack! How did the manager remedy this erratic outburst? $25 off my service. After being cut, a worker storming off, and blatantly being insulted, her way to make it right was $25 off. Classless. These people are Disrespectful and have no honor. Oh and she let him work on a customer after, didn't make him apologize. Dishonorable and classless. Go somewhere else to spend over $100. They don't deserve your money. read more

I gave the Buckhead location a try and am on the fence about whether I'll be back, I experienced a mix of pros and cons. The salon was very clean and the staff was quite friendly and pretty attentive to start, they even offered beverages. It's big so going in a with a friend or two is probably easily accommodated. I also appreciated the managers checking my (new) tech's work to make sure my nails met the standard. Also, I usually wear SNS and this salon includes a manicure which is not common! That was a great plus. What I didn't enjoy are things I didn't notice until I after the fact. During service, my tech worked each hand individually and asked if I was satisfied with them one by one. Had I seen them side by side immediately, I'd have noticed the lengths were off; some of my right hand nails are clearly longer than the left -- and long is my preference. The nails individually look good but it's a little wonky when viewed as a set. Additionally, it's been just over a day and I'm noticing the discomfort of a few cuts on my cuticles (I noticed one that bled in real time) so I've got my fingers crossed they don't get further irritated. All in all, I think the shop is nice and can do good work but I wish I knew who to ask for to ensure a great experience. Not one of the services were disappointing! They offer complimentary beverages as well so that was a major plus . The venue is extremely well lit, and the staff's energy matches that aesthetic. This new nail salon just opened a month ago to the booming Summerhill neighborhood. Blanc was my go-to but La Belle is a contender and will be the new spot for nail salon needs from now on. My friend and I came on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted by an employee and asked what we wanted done. She then asked us to sign in on a tablet. After checking in, we were both seated for our manis. This salon is huge and nicely decorated. One of the nail techs said they are short staffed but should be hiring more people soon. During this service, I did an SNS mani. I was shocked that my service only cost $53. The staff here is friendly too, so will definitely be going back! read more

If you're reading this it's because even though Atlanta is a big city with a thriving beauty industry, it's so hard to find good nail salon here. think I found THE ONE in Summer Hill. La Belle Nail Bar just opened on February 17 in the Publix plaza. So of course that means everything is clean and brand new. The first plus is that they have FREE and close by parking in the Publix deck. I was taken care of by Ken. He gave me a deluxe pedicure for $49 with regular polish. That's a reasonable price in Atlanta, especially since it came with a vegan sugar scrub, mask, hot towel and massage. Ken handled my feet so well, like it was his sole mission in life. He did a great job. His pressure with the foot massage with firm yet gentle. He kneaded all the stress out of my feet. He was very present and focused. This place is new so it's very peaceful with no crowd or commotion. He did not rush and took his time to do this right. My service took about an hour. The front desk staff is quite pleasant as well. I was greeted with respect, kindness and a smile. They also have a cute check-in system on the iPads. They have a wide variety of colors from OPI and Essie among other brands. This place is so clean, beautiful and calming. I'm so happy I came here. This will probably be my go-to spot from now on. They say they offer water but I didn't request any. I didn't see anyone with wine or champagne, so idk if they serve that as a bonus here. But the cleanliness and great service is enough reason to come to La Belle. I rate them an A+. Also, they line the pedicure chairs which are a new digital kind with a built-in remote that I've never seen before. read more

I've been driving past every day on my way home and realized they are officially open, so I went on an early Saturday morning. It was not over crowded and the aesthetics of this place are everything! It's super aesthetically pleasing, completely brand new and modern. The spa chairs are super comfy and the service was great. I particularly appreciate the fact that they did not try to up-sell me when I said I only wanted a polish change on my toes and an SNS manicure.  Jenny did my nails and she did a great job. I was worried about the shape because a few of my nails had chipped, but she did a great job shaping my nails to perfection. I also appreciate that she really got my cuticles and gave me a very clean manicure. A lot of shops don't include this when you get SNS which is frustrating. I also appreciate that she didn't use the gel machine. My hands never went under the lamp. My nails look super clean and classy just like I wanted. I also appreciate that I was able to tip both people that serviced me digitally but separately.  My only con is that the color options are pretty generic to me. I like a lot of dazzle dazzle and options that stand out. However they use high quality products including OPI & Essie. read more

I am 69 years old and have been getting my nails done since I was in college. I've worn acrylics, silk wraps, gel polish over acrylics, and dipping powder. I know how they should look and how long they should last. I went to this salon and asked for dipping powder over my natural nails and a gel pedicure. I asked for a square shape with slightly rounded corner on fingers and for my toe nails to be cut straight across. Would give both fingers and toes a C-. My fingers all have slightly different shapes. On most nails the tech got close to the cuticle at the base of my nails. On my thumbs the product did not come near my cuticle and was piled up. One big toe was cut straight across, and the other had one rounded corner. I had to ask the pedicure tech to pls stop filing into my skin because it hurt. Too much pressure. It is now 2 weeks later. Two of my fingernails are no longer shiny. Because the powder on my thumbs came nowhere near the base of my cuticle initially, my thumbs look like they were done three weeks ago and the rest of my fingers two weeks. It is a very nice looking shop and was very quiet when I was there on a weekday in the early afternoon. I really believe they thought I had no expectations so I would be ok with a less-than-mediocre job. Not going back. read more

I received the best service today from Anna! I asked for the basic pedicure ($35). Anna put SO much time and attention into the details. It had been a while since I had a pedicure so things were in rough shape -- but by the time I left, I felt so pampered. Anna spent a lot of time preparing the nails and cleaning up my nail beds and dry areas. The salon was clean and everything appeared to be sterilized. GelX - it's hard to find a place for GelX in Atlanta. Loving my nails, finally i was able to get my nails done just how i prefer them. I have gone to 4 different places since i moved to Atlanta. The design is beautiful, i let them be creative. Usually GelX lasts on me for 2 months, they don't lift acrylic, and never break. The place is beautiful. The price is just right, you get what you pay for, the atmosphere, the area, the service,etc. I can't wait to try cat eye next. They said the cat eye collection was coming soon. Located in the Summerhill neighborhood, La Belle is a new nail salon that is living up to the hype. I usually went all the way to Midtown Center for services, but running short on time, I decided to give this place a try. I didn't have an appointment and arrived on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy but I didn't mind a 10-minute wait time. Trinity was very personable and gave me a great pedicure. I was a walk in and I was running close on time to get to an event, so I was super nervous about time. I never said anything outright about needing to get in and out fast but the person who greeted me knew I was in a hurry when I asked which nail treatment would dry the fastest. From that point, she did everything in her power to get me out quickly without lowering the quality of my experience. They were great and my nail tech (Sandy) was really nice and skilled.
