The place got remodeled so prices went up, no problem and was advised I had to pay $2.00 extra for SUV! I also don't get that charge anywhere else in the neighborhood. I went here a couple times in the past and was never charged SUV fee for my SUV! Anyways I agreed to stay because the spot I normally go to was closed today. I was flagged down when my car was done after about 15 mins. There was still dust on my dash and a dirty spot on my center console that was very visible yet still missed! 2nd chance here with my new car and I'll Never come back again! I paid the up charge for SUV and still got a sedan wash! Thanks for Nothing and wasting my time and money! Get it together and work on Customer Service and Quality!

I went Sunday and last night. The service was great during both visits. The service is actually always great whenever I go get a wash. The associates can be of good service when needed. I'm cool with a lot of them. For $30+ a month for the best quality car wash isn't bad at all. Especially with the washes being unlimited. They also give you free air freshners now which is nice. Free towels are also available now at the vacuum stations. And the vacuum service is still free too.

However, I will no longer be returning because their employees are incredibly disrespectful to customers. I get it, it's a car wash so I'm not expecting five star service, but I'm also not expecting to be actively disrespected and treated as if I'm an annoyance for just being there. When I came up to the kiosk to pay one of their employees came over and just kind of stared at me as I was trying to pay. He didn't say hi or greet me or in any way offer help. He just stared and watched it as I did it. Creepy. I didn't ask for any help or wave him over so I have no idea why he came over to my car as I was paying at the kiosk. Once I selected my car wash, I was about to pay and he started doing annoying things like tapping the area to indicate that I needed to tap my credit card there. I can read and I don't really need you to babysit me at the kiosk. The tab didn't work so then he tapped on the part of the chaos where you can insert your credit card. Again, he hasn't even said a word to me. He's just tapping with his finger as if I'm not even a human being that he can talk to. I inserted it and it doesn't work. He then sighs and shakes his head as if he's my parent and I'm his child that he scolding. I called him out immediately and I said "why are you shaking your head?" He mumbled something and then just backed off and went behind a wall so that I could no longer ask him questions. It's obvious that he thought he could add in these little nonverbal cues to show his annoyance without any consequences. He clearly thought I wasn't gonna call him out on it. I drove through the car wash and then afterwards confronted him and said that it was incredibly disrespectful for him to shake his head and tap his finger at me that entire time. He first acted as if he had no clue what I was talking about, and then switched stories and said it was because he was busy helping other customers, and I was taking too long. I was literally the only one in my lane. What other customer could he possibly be needing to rush off to help? Even if I was delaying him that doesn't mean it's OK to tap it things at me instead of talking to me and then sigh and shake your head as if you're just so smart and you just hate how customers are so stupid. It's really evident that they don't respect their customers here, they've increased their prices regularly every single year so it's really not worth going anymore. One day he's gonna tap his finger and shake his head at the wrong person.

We didn't want to arrive with a dirty car and just wanted a quick car wash. Since we had some time, we saw this place that also offers self-vacuuming. Ugh, I really wish I had read the reviews before coming to this carwash. I honestly can't express how terrible the car wash is. They must be using some watered down cheap 99-cent dish soap while spraying a little water around cause instead of actually cleaning any dirt or bird poop, we got new scratches on the side of the car doors. At this point, we're pissed and to make matters worse, half the vacuums are broken or barely working. Clearly, the business was ripping people off by tricking them into paying full price for a half washed car. Meanwhile, a very angry manager yelled at customers who were vacuuming, telling them to hurry up and leave. Wtf, we were completely horrified watching him throw a bitch fit, blaming customers and claiming the vacuum's breakage was their fault. That's just insane, maybe if they put some of that "TLC" into their vacuums, this wouldn't be such a huge problem in the first place. Having no choice, we just left with our car still dripping wet and without vacuuming cause we had already wasted too much time there. It was a horrible experience and this car wash business doesn't even deserve one star, ZERO STARS. Definitely not coming back and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

So, knowing this, the machine notifies that for $5 you get 10 minutes (2 free minutes...the bargain). 10 minutes was still not enough time I added $5 more dollars.
