I spoke to who he told me was the owner and I let him know that I just want a simple Detail, but I also asked about a paint correction because I would like the car to be a more glossy and shiny. So we agreed on a price for 240 for a detail and a paint correction. Mind you the service was done between 430 and 630 so after waiting a little bit longer, they were finally finished with the work I then went to pick up my Honda Civic after the owner showing me how good of a job they've done on a all black Tesla so I was expecting a really good service or at least the job to be done right I pick up my car and did an errand and was in a parking garage with amazing lighting so once I parked the car, I wanted to inspect the work a little bit better which then I noticed, if not all of the black plastic trim was completely scratched, which they have buffed over and then also sections of the paint completely scratched like I've noticed some high-end cars, but I didn't think that they would treat a mid range like this or even a first time customer I am not expecting a crazy, nice detail but at least a paint. Correction could've been done way better and could not have completely scratched up my whole car along with the trim. I am also in the customer service industry, and I take a lot of pride in the service that I provide, which I would expect a brand new shop to have the same thing in mind but no, apparently I was wrong there was residue of the buffing everywhere. The car was more dirty on some areas I do not recommend getting any service done here. They rushed the work and have absolutely no pride in what they do. Totally confused because there's an employee wavering traffic in front but never tells this truck to move forward to allow the process to continue to flow. I'm not a car expert but the feeling of having to hit my brakes in there and the car wash conveyor system continuously trying to push me out did not make me feel like my car was in good hands nor did it feel safe. The "Open" sign was hanging on the gate and I can see cars in there but drove through past because I didn't know how to get in (and didn't see the attendant the first time) so I had to circle back around. The big gate that's closed with the "Open" sign is the way in and out with the help of the gate attendant so be careful as Lorena is a thoroughfare with potential speedy traffic as people get off and on the nearby 60 freeway. COST: There are three standard price levels for a hand wash: $21.99, $24.99 and $29.99. They have a sign indicating they offer more premium services you can add on such as leather treatment, etc. PAYMENT: It does appear they do accept card payments though I paid in cash. HOW IT WORKS: Overall a bit confusing. It appears they wash and dry the cars one at a time with the entire large crew working on the wash or dry process together. The car disappears behind their car wash tent for that process so only saw it going through the drying process. No one ever came and asked me what package I wanted and another customer (who was patient with me) advised me to just tell the person who was moving the cars up whenever he came around once my car was under the wash tent. I think you're supposed to go get your own air freshener from their makeshift tent shop that is included in every car wash package but I didn't get one because I was confused enough. I paid when they handed me back my car. WEAR SUNBLOCK/HAT: Depending on the time you are there, be sure you're ready for some sun exposure and heat if it's a hot day. I couldn't tell if the businesses sharing the same lot is also theirs and if the indoor, covered space is part of the same business. I was just too confused!
