Initially I had Kory and Nate come out and they were professional and did a great job. I noticed after the detailing there was a specific spot in the back that had a much more noticeable odor. I read online that introducing moisture to fabric can "reactivate" old smells. I tried to remove it myself but it didn't really work, so I reached out to the company and they sent out another team for a quick spot cleaning on another day free of charge.
