Highly Recommended! Spencer came to my home, verified my spa setup and walked me through operation of my spa, recommended settings for my spa, and maintenance tips. I call spoke to the owner. He told me if I sent pictures of my heater that needed to be replaced it would save me $120.00. I went out and took the pictures sent them to him. He didn't reply the next day I texted him again still no reply. The next day I tried to call during business hours and it went to voice mail he never returned my call. If he didn't want to replace my heater that's fine but at least have the decency to tell me. But he just left me hanging. Very poor business sense. read more

Called this business a couple years ago. Probably less than 2 years as he was covering the Warranty Service for my Cal Spa. Anyways he did find the problem and seemed knowledgeable. However, like most businesses and employees, his Workmanship warranted never to do business again. One of my Spa Lights was leaking around it. Instead of ordering the part or telling me to order it so he could put in the correct part, he puts in another piece that's not even a light. It's stops the leak but the work is SHABBY and I am disappointed in not only him but CAL SPA for having such a terrible warranty program. I will never buy Cal Spa again. Of course he charges me I believe $120 to come out. Mind you, the Work is apparently under Warranty. So, he tells me that if I get the part, he will come back and put it in for of course another $120! MOT GOOD AT ALL FOR A JACUZZI THAT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. There has to be someone on a Handyman App that will provide better service. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU LIKE HALF A$& REPAIRS! read more

It was very difficult for me to find a person or business that works on above ground spas. After calls to Jacuzzi and multiple internet searches and calls, someone on a local pool and spa forum referred me to D Spa Man. Dominic called back in a timely manner after I left him a voicemail. He knew what the possible problems could be after my explanation, gave me the price scenarios (which were reasonable in my opinion) and we scheduled a service date. He arrived on time (traveled from Riverside to Temecula), was very professional yet personable, and fixed my spa! This small company is just terrific. I called about my 20 year spa old. It turned out to be a relay switch. The spa was fixed in 20 minutes. I also had water leaking around the seal of the housing for the filter. I fixed a crack in the housing with gorilla glue. It was still leaking water. Dominic thought he just might take a second look after the first attempt to fix the leak failed . Sure glad he did cause it was fixed by replacing a large seal rather than the filter housing which would have $600+. Dominic could easily have charged me for new housing but taking that "second look just in case" saved me a whole lot of money but earned a lifetime customer. read more

I too was having problems finding someone to work on above ground spas. I kept getting recommendations for a local guy that I will not use (used local guy before and after charging me for parts 2x, still couldn't fix the problem and wanted to charge me for another visit and didn't know how to deal with another problem which I'll call my "fountain"). I called around and finally got someone to get me someone besides the local guy and Dominic was it. I explained what was going on. He was quick to respond. He found the problem right away, explained what was happening and what the prior guy had done (still makes me wonder if the prior guy really needed to charge me for those parts). He gave me some tips on care, cleaned it up a bit and even found another problem and made the repair. Remember my "fountain" the other guy didn't know how to take care of, Dominic took care of it. Only wish I would have found him earlier so that I could have been using the spa the past year or so. He was very professional, considerate and polite.
