I told my boyfriend to ask for it back but we were told that he had already spent it on meth very unprofessional by the way. Meanwhile all of this is going on and we went back because he said he could finish it and picked my boyfriend up around 3 and didn't bring him back until 1 in the morning with it still not finished and continues to ask for more money when we haven't even received the amount of work we had payed for. The artist was getting up all the time and could not stay still and also left my boyfriend in his shop alone for around 1 hour. We have called and called him to finish or just give us money back so we can just be done with this place but he hasn't even answered the phone. I explained clearly that it's no problem to recline and my surgeon suggested having my hair washed in a salon. I called once (I'll call you back I promise) I called again (omg I forgot I'll call you later), I called again, left a message... I called this morning and wow! She told me again she forgot to call me and then "oh I don't have any openings" then switched to "I'm worried about your neck" (it's my lower back) I finally said if you don't want to do it I understand. Hemming and hawing. I'm in tears by now, this has not been easy for me. I finally said just never mind I'll find somewhere else. No apology nothing. A little compassion in this world goes a long way people.
