Hi! I was threatened to be reported for a poor review to preface this.... But a spade is a spade..... I don't get what was promised to me, and of course I went back to have it fixed. A lot of people have money to throw around which is great.... But I actually saved up between my bday and Mother's Day. I'm not being salty about this, but I paid over 1,000 dollars and was let down. I'm looking out for other clients/patients. Yes I smoke, but am 43 and have had this done since I was 25,yrs old. I want nothing for free. I just wanted what I paid for. Blame me for smoking when I healed from spinal surgery just fine, which was in February of this year. I'm not going back. Just looking out for other that should get what was they paid for. I really would of liked a little more advise on how to take the remaining lines out other than moisturize and after looking for a solution on the internet it can be done However the spa is very nice Nadine is wonderful and ver kind. If you could perhaps consider the time and money I spend going to your business, I would sincerely appreciate some sort of compensation or discounted visit. Brought a Groupon/living social voucher for Restylane and made an appointment for March 22, 2018. The staff was very nice and the office was very clean. As this was the first time that I ever had this service, one would think that they would make it as easy as possible. Well, not really. When the doctor came in, he immediately suggested that I get the restylane silk which was $50 more. Next, he comes in with the needle and starts to try to inject me. I stopped him and asked where the anesthetic was...........he said that I didn't need it. THE HELL I DIDNT!!!! He said that they don't use it. Are you kidding me! After that it went down hill. I left there swollen and in pain from not having the local. So 1 week later, they call for a follow up and I told the woman that it doesn't look like anything was done and she suggested that I email them a picture so that the doctor can look at them. Well I never got another phone call and I feel that this was a wasted of time and money. This is the reason why I am so hesitant to buy spa/beauty vouchers. Pay close attention to this one. I am not going back Update on 10/8/18 I asked for numbing medication because it was painful. I had this procedure done before and it was not nearly as painful. I bought a groupon and I made an appointment which I had to cancel. They don't work Tuesdays or weekends. They don't start until noon unless they talk to the Dr. first. No one ever answers the phones, you leave a message and eventually they call you back. I looked at my phone log and I've called them 16 times since Sept. 11th trying to reschedule. DON'T GO to D'vine Medical Spa no matter how good the deal sounds! I used a Groupon to get Dysport injections. The 1st spa I went to told me exactly how many Dysport shots I would need for the full effect I desired. They were really kind, and though not running a special at that time, told me about Groupon and that's how I ended up at Dvine. So I bought bigger package than suggested, really wanting good results. I'd saved up for this, and it was 2 hour drive. I noticed they were NOT very attentive or good at returning messages or being friendly-very standoffish. The "doctor" didn't even introduce himself or ask my name. It was like he had another appointment and squeezed me in, which did not feel good. I am very confident and can speak upfront to anyone, but this was kind of a vulnerable situation, and this dr. was so off-putting, I struggled to share what I hoped for and explain how I'd bought extra . I also asked if my biggest vanity issue-the-deep lip lines and thin lips plus sunken under eyes could be treated. Before I even finished telling him -he cut me off, shaking his head in a disappointed fashion, stating that was NOT enough Dysport for results much less anything extra. He'd have to steal from Paul to pay Mary as it was. Where did I want to have less results???? I HATED HIM! He made me feel so stupid and unattractive and old. I was there to feel I was in good hands and would look gorgeous, but I was already let down, and knew it wouldn't be what I expected. Could not buy MORE shots-I bought the biggest package! About the lips and eyes---he said no to Dysport anyways, but he could FIX BOTH PROBLEMS WITH ONE VILE OF Rylene Silk! And lucky me, it was only $400. I will admit, though unprepared to buy another product/service, when he said it would take care of BOTH my actual issues and for 6+ months, I struggled. Knowing the Dysport was going to be a disappointment according to him, I figured at least now with vile I would look and feel much better. So I said okay. I was very concerned about pain--very sensitive lips. I asked about numbing medicine. None. Said it wouldn't hurt much at all. Told me not to worry as he jabbed causing such agony. Tears involuntary ran down my face entire time. He was absolutely oblivious---SO COLD. UNCONCERNED. Complained about the shape of my lips. Thank you. Total time for everything was literally minutes. Not even a couple minutes down time to let things settle and then check it out. He had me look at handheld mirror as I was crying and there was blood all over my face. It will look great he promised. Tried to ask questions as I was LITERALLY rushed out the door, and he had no advice or warning or things to expect-nothing, no worries. . Not reassuring, but happy no side effects. He was, however, already ON HIS CELL PHONE AS I AM TALKING & HEADING OUT THE DOOR OF HIS OFFICE. Oh, I had a prescription for Belviq in my hand. Never discussed with dr. Supposed to per guidelines-new diet drug. Nope. Said coupon online. Wasn't. Said they'd send coupon. Didn't. By the time I got home, my face was so distorted and swollen with lumps everywhere. I was freaked out! Had no idea. Worst part, ONLY HALF MY LIPS had filled at all. The side that "worked" barely did so. No full lips as promised. Lines still apparent, but what stood out the worst was the SIDE THAT DIDN'T "TAKE". DEEP LINES EVERYWHERE! MADE MORE APPARENT WITH THE OTHER SLIGHTLY LARGER, FILLED IN SIDE. Contacted them. Played phone tag. . Wrote long, detailed, panicked email. No response that day or the next morning. When I finally heard back, no apology, no concern, acted as if I were the biggest pain in the ass. They were just so condescending and rude. So cold.. There[very slow r] response didn't address any of my questions/concerns, but said something like, I understand you have some concerns. Call us back. Urggghh!! I emailed them. It was close to 30 hours later for them to respond. Still ice cold. No apologies, no feedback or response to my multi listed concerns. Never had such bad customer service-from doctor's office none the less! Finally refused to speak with them. Even if offered, did not want to come back to office and have dr. "fix"" his mistake. He was unfriendly when I was new patient paying lots of money. How would be treat me now, I'd seen his work and their after care. Why would I do that to myself? Never an apology or even fake concern. I sent pics. I asked to please get partial refund to even up lips. Nothing. They did nothing they promised, and I have lived with this embarrassment for almost 8 months-daily reminder of lip lines exaggerated now-unforgivable. What a nightmare.
