The kid goes " a part for (my dad's name which he pronounced wrong) OR WHATEVER" I told him the correct spelling of the last name to which he did not respond. He then goes in the back and proceeds to tell me "they don't have it" to which I reply "then why did you call my dad and tell him it was here?" He continued to ignore me, then went back in the back to continue to "look" for the part. All in all my dad spend 290 dollars here it would be nice if you could like show a little respect and kindness when someone is in your store. It would make for a repeat customer. I don't appreciate the disrespect and attitude I was given by this employee. Or any employee in this store. I'm not a feminist by any means but it looks to me like you thought I was stupid because I am a woman. Just saying. You might think about the way you treat people who come in your store and spend that amount of money.

Andrew C., Billy, and Doug, who performed the work, were respectful, reliable, very trustworthy....and patient. :) Their work was quality and per code. They ran gas pipes, prepared hook-ups for our gas grill, outside fire pit, inside cook-top and inside fire pit. We purchased a modern gas fire pit from Southern States and they installed that as well - beautiful! I trust the quality of their work and their product and am so glad we found them!!

They volunteered to clean it out and wasn't going to charge me but I chose to purchase a battery as a back up anyway. It's a small Mom and Pop shop in Frederick, so even more reason to support it. They also sell all kinds of batteries, including basic batteries that you would normally buy on Amazon for slightly cheaper than Amazon prices.
