I drove over an hour yesterday to get parts for a tedder I purchased there years ago. Cory in parts was very professional and respectful. "Denny" walks up as I'm asking to see a parts detail and I asked if they knew how the assembly came apart. Denny explained that the bolts had to be loose for the problem to occur. I explained the bolts were not loose and that seemed to aggravate him. I'm 68 years old and have worked on farm /heavy construction equipment since I was a teenager. I have owned my own Custom Home Construction Company since 1979 having hundreds of clients and dozens of employees. I have never experienced such a situation and would have terminated any employee that acted this way! Denny seemed to be getting more aggravated and scowling at me in a very aggressive way. I was speechless for a moment. I asked if I had said or done anything to make him upset and I said "I apologize if I said something to offend you". He once again sternly stated "I've told you the same thing three times!" I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, but there was no excuse for his arrogance and demeaning behavior. As a result, I decided to go to another dealer and will not recommend this dealership to my farming community here in Northern Virginia. read more

If I could give it less stars I would. I have never witnessed such incompetence in mechanical work and customer service. They misdiagnosed my mower twice, had it for two weeks before even looking at it, and literally told me they had more important things come up and had to move on to them before fixing it. Mind you, this mower was purchased from them brand new just two years ago. The first diagnosis was a bad carburetor which I suspected was incorrect, but they're supposed to be professionals so ok. They replaced it after over two weeks and we picked it up. As soon as I got it Home and ran it more than 10 feet it had the exact same problem. They said bring it back and they would work on it immediately. It was dropped off and they guy said it could be a bad cylinder. Two days later I call to check on it and they told me something else came up and they had to stop working on it and move on. Two days later they call and say it was a spark plug. So, the spark plugs were replaced during a tune up three weeks prior thinking that may have been the initial problem. So what DW Ogg is saying is, the spark plug must have been the initial problem before they misdiagnosed the carburetor, and when I replaced the spark plugs 3 weeks prior with brand new plugs, one of those must have been bad from the factory. Very improbable. In summary, it was picked up today and they charged $108 to replace a brand new spark plug I just replaced, and still did not manage to fix my mower. They also proceeded to cuss me out and insult my mechanical ability, although they have now failed to fix it twice. Never buy anything from here, never deal with them. This was not some cheap mower, it was nearly $6,000 and paid for in cash. read more

I bought a Mahindra tractor early this year and I was skeptical about this place and Mahindra brand, but the purchase and service is been very good, sales man Bill was really honest and helped me get the answer to all my questions and I also talked to the owner Dan and I felt like I asked too much, but I was done searching and ready to buy. I heard negative things about Mahindra on YouTube, but the price difference,machine power and other things make people buy Mahindra So far my 1533 tractor has 130 hours and a couple of small issues were covered by the warranty. Mark is the mechanic that has serviced my tractor and he is a great mechanic and hard working man I have no complaints and just thankful with DW OGG . read more

I can only rate the tractor buying experience. I've not had service there at all. I have never had so much trouble and frustration trying to buy something, especially a reasonably high priced item. The sales guy is awful. He's either not there or he neglects to answer his voicemail - take your pick. Now that I've FINALLY gotten them to take an order, it's taken about double (and counting) the promised delivery time, and still no tractor. In the meantime, I could shoot a Jungle Book remake in my back yard. read more

Very poor over charged service. $430 for spring service. Including blade sharpen (crap job), oil change, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, and spark plugs. Charged 4 hours to do this when a monkey could do it in two half drunk!! $10 for cleaning supplies and it was dirtier than when I dropped it off... also I purchased the simplicity mower here and this is the return service I get!! This doesn't include the $91 they charged for new battery. After I had the old one sitting on deck unhooked already they charge $32 to hook two screws to the terminals. Unbelievable when I can get this service for half this amount elsewhere with same tractor!! Took them 7 days to get it back to me... had to call and ask if it were ready?? read more

Sold me a Zero turn mower for property with hills...of course salesman doesn't work there anymore. When I asked for them to work with me and move up to tractor for customer satisfaction, they seemed bothered and put out. Would definitely do NO business with these folks again! Bought Gravely zero turn mower, tried to return after 8 hrs on machine. They brushed me off....ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE....KEEP AWAY !
