Everything I said is 100% true and I have messages from them that prove it. Also, their response claims that they have no record of the theft incident, but my pictures include their written response to the incident, and a picture of the thief (allentuck employee,) so they are either lying or totally incompetent. I have also been by their business on Travillah multiple times because I have a property on the very next street in Mount Prospect. It is also 100% true that their employee Maria tried to sell us her son's landscaping company to do our backyard. We are an international family and speak Spanish so this is not a case of language barrier. I am no longer even interested in being compensated for the stolen item, I only hope my neighbors don't fall victim to this company. I honestly can't believe they are dragging their name through the mud because they were too cheap pay for the theft (under $100.) There are also 2 witnesses of the theft, and video. It was one of those situations where we had the lights off inside and there were lights outside so the thief apparently couldn't see us standing in the window directly in front them. We even waited to see if they would get a conscience and return the item because we previously had a good relationship with the employees who share our heritage. I honestly hope legal action is perused so this can gain more publicity. What the employee didn't a crime, and the company response is unacceptable and makes them an accomplice.

The Masonary work they did for us started failing with water damage after a little more than one…read moreyear. Wall and fireplace were done with blocks and stucco instead of better materials. They also damaged our driveway during the construction. They tried to repair it but it looks bad patched and uneven. Their prices are very high, we thought we would get long lasting results but their warranty is only 1 year. It used to be 2 years in the past. I communicated with the them to get the stucco redone because of the water damage on the wall they built and the fireplace stucco, They wouldn't fix it unless we pay again! It's been few years now and the wall and fireplace keep getting worse, the bricks inside the fireplace are now pasty soft as well. Comparing the remaining walls and stucco we had for many decades before they added new walls, those are still holding up nice and well with no water damage. And their job only lasted a little over 1 year! Such poor quality. The communication with their architect was not the best either he would not listen to our ideas. We are still paying the loan we took to Improve our backyard and we have to see the damage getting worse every season. Maybe they used to be one of the best in the industry definitely not anymore.
