And they even stopped my gas just for that and when I went back in to tell them to put my gas back on, I was like I'm gonna clean it. I don't need my vehicle detailed every week and they were insistent for the weekly schedule and made it hard to have them come out and wash the truck again. In an effort to cut ties civilly, I asked for a refund for the unused washes in our 4-package deal we purchased (paid upfront). Since we didn't use all four washes, the discounted rate went away. That's fine. This has been over 4 months and after multiple phone calls and text messages my wife and I are still out the money and now they're not willing to work with us to have the truck detailed. At this point I just want the money back. Phone calls go unanswered. Text messages are ignored. Good luck with this company. Totally out for themselves. No repeat business from me.

Was in line where the associate told me to go, 45 minutes later associate told me a person behind me is complaining that they lost their spot the service technician said that I was on camera, long story short the white jeep wasn't there when I pulled in. Lying to a customer is absolutely the worst service ever. So I made a quick exit and will go somewhere else after being a long time customer at this location.
