They were pretty busy so I took that as a good sign. There was a little confusion at first because I wanted to pay the little extra for the hand wash and detailing but apparently I was in the drive-thru car wash line. Once the confusion was sorted out, I was told it would take about an hour to get a custom hand wash and detail on the car. I walked around, running errands while I waited. When I came back, the owner informed me that they could do the detailing on the inside because my boyfriend's car was "too dirty." Not sure if this was the truth or not, but he seemed genuine. Anyways, I left with just a vacuum and hand wash, since the car wasn't capable of having any of the detailing done. Paid $18.99 plus tip when all was said and done. The car was clean and the carpets spotless. Not too bummed about the detailing.

I don't need my vehicle detailed every week and they were insistent for the weekly schedule and made it hard to have them come out and wash the truck again. In an effort to cut ties civilly, I asked for a refund for the unused washes in our 4-package deal we purchased (paid upfront). Since we didn't use all four washes, the discounted rate went away. That's fine. This has been over 4 months and after multiple phone calls and text messages my wife and I are still out the money and now they're not willing to work with us to have the truck detailed. At this point I just want the money back. Phone calls go unanswered. Text messages are ignored. Good luck with this company. Totally out for themselves. No repeat business from me.
