Shrimp was amazing. Love the medium spicy garlic sauce. Steak was cooked to order, and also seasoned well. The potato salad was not bad, but was a little bland for my liking. Definitely fresh, and cooked to order quality. Service was great. Answered all our questions and told us up front what items has already sold out. Love this spot with all the food trucks. There's multiple things for everyone. It's a nice vibe with lots of seating throughout and places for all kinds of tastes. Oh man!  This food truck rocks!  Ate their food three times from Waianae, not Kahuku.  It's a truck...so it's mobile but there's only one Yelp listing... Ate the chicken stroganoff twice and sauteed ono once.  Wifey had hamburger steak twice and loco moco once.  All were delicious!  The owner clearly loves to cook and is very helpful and friendly.   Super glad the operate out of Waianae frequently.   Have to admit that I am sad I didn't have their food for our final O'ahu 2024 dinner.   But, I do know where I will be eating frequently upon my next trip to O'ahu read more

It's not your usual stroganoff that you think of with noodles and beef theirs is chicken with a cream sauce the only comment is the chicken was dry and tough I didn't even realize it was chicken from it being so dry. The shrimp was good the sauce had a little kick to it, but the steak was ok a bit tough. My dad doesn't like olives and egg whites and they put it in their Mac salad. I met Herbert (one of the Braddahs) and he explained their Brazilian-Hawaiian Fusion. I decided on the Surf & Turf (Brazilian Steak and Shrimp) with black beans and rice. It was a nice portions and with it being Hawaii prices I was impressed. The seasoning was spicy and balanced. The Shrimp were massive and the sliced beef was plentiful. We had already tried Crispy Grindz food truck but wanted something more like a lunch/meal plate. When we showed up, the owners were very friendly and were playing Brazilian music. It had a great feel to it. They even told us to take a seat and brought the food to our table. Very great customer service. We all ordered the steak plate. The food was amazing! The steak was cooked perfectly to our order, medium rare. If you are craving genuine Brazilian steak, you will not be disappointed. Parking here is very easy and right in front of the truck as well. I just visited the food trucks at the Kahuku Sugar Mill and selected Da Brazilian Braddahs. I was so pleasantly surprised when I asked what was their fish of the day on the menu. I was not expecting to hear "Salmon with capers and sauce made with lemon juice, white wine, garlic butter. 2 scoops of rice and a choice of potato salad, greens salad or black beans. I chose the green salad and was served a wonderful spring greens salad with homemade Lily koi dressing!! It was all sooo DELICIOUS!! I highly recommend trying this truck.
