Steak is a nice medium rare which is to my personal preference and the shrimp is delicious with a creamy unique sauce. The ratio of pork, fat and greens in the luau is so well balanced. As for the gandule rice, it is by far the best I have ever eaten. Every morsel is perfectly flavored. This is a special treat when you want to have a cheat day.
