Horrible experience. No paella show for our employees as we'd hoped and then showed very little remorse nor offered any sort of discount after the whole mess. Will never use them or refer them and have a lot I plan to say on social media. CB Smith really needs to consider removing them from their approved vendor listing that they require you to work with.
