Had a really good experience here! I got the pho combination and a strawberry açaí drink. The pho both was flavorful and delicious, I drank it all! The rib bone meat was very tender but I was surprised that it felt like it lacked flavor compared to the brisket. I enjoyed the meat but also missed some of the classic pho combo additions such as tendon. The strawberry açaí drink was quite yummy, refreshing, and surprisingly flavorful. It even came with dehydrated strawberries! I'd be tempted to get it again. Service was very attentive, food came out quickly. Ambiance is clean, modern, and casual. Overall I liked everything, but I feel like the $19 price tag wasn't necessarily worth it, other than for the unique experience of having a rib bone. I'm not sure if I've ever had pho this expensive! Love this place. Service was excellent. Ambiance was super modern. The beef broth was delicious and so good I came back 2x., 2 nights in a row to have it. Also instead of 2, they gave me 3 beef bones and so tender it fell off the bone. So good I highly recommend. Yummy Viet fusion food! I would not say this is the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant BUT they put their own twist on traditional dishes that turn out to be delicious! I got the pho filet mignon. I greatly enjoyed the pho broth. As for the meat/filet, it was wayyy too overcooked. I believe it's because the meat slices are super thin so it cooks very easily when the hot broth hits it. Next time, I'll ask for it raw on the side so I can add it to my pho at my leisure. Their shaken beef plate (bo luc lac) is cooked more like lomo saltado; however, the sauce still tastes like the traditional bo luc lac sauce! The place is very clean and the servers are kind and attentive. It's typically not very busy whenever we visit so it's a nice spot to just eat and chat. FYI - They also have great popcorn chicken! What a wonderful surprise to find true authentic Pho in SLC ! Reminiscent of Pho79 in Westminster. Beef broth that was simmered with real beef RIB bones which gives the best bone broth flavor. The owners are sooooo nice. I want them to move to Las Vegas so I can enjoy every week. The shrimp springs rolls were huge and the peanut sauce was just okay. This was probably our 4th visit and was my go to for Garlic Shrimp Noodles. Unfortunately they completely missed the mark in regard to food quality and service, especially service. Visited today while passing through Utah. We were greeted immediately and seated right away. The server quickly brought us water and asked if we wanted any other drinks. We ordered and our food arrived within 5 minutes. I had the no meat pho and my husband had the tofu pho. We just returned from Vietnam and this pho is just as good as the pho we ate on our trip. What Da Pho? Sorry, I had to...and something tells me that I'm not the first (or last) to make that bad joke. Anyway, back to business... I had the opportunity to dine in and enjoy a generous portion of chicken pho and let me tell you, it was outstanding! The flavor was complex, yet familiar and it just worked. As much as I enjoyed it, I could not finish it, so I took the rest to go and there was plenty to have a meal or two later. Service was fantastic-our server was attentive and kind, with a sincere desire to ensure we had a nice meal. I enjoy trying new phó places wherever I go. The inside is nice. Lots of seating. The service was only ok for me. I wanted an ice water with the meal and asked for one, never received one. The fried Eggrolls were great, the sauce bleh it was overly salty. I enjoy a fatty beef broth with my pho. I prefer to add the hoisin sauce, chili oil, and siriracha sauce to bring in the flavor. The broth in my phó tasted like they scooped water from the Great Salt Lake, heated it up, and put the meat and noodles in. Not a fan. When asked how my meal was, I mentioned that the phó was extremely salty, didn't seem like they cared. It was also weird for me to see Cajun, and Parmesan fries on the starter menu. This is one of my favorite places in Utah County. The rib bone in the pho is beautiful in presentation and speaks to their overall modern take on casual Vietnamese. A few fun and interesting dishes like the Vietnamese Tacos, the Strawberry Acai drink, the Taiwanese-style Popcorn Chicken (w/ Basil), and these 3 are in regular rotation every time I go. There are some staples like spring rolls, pho, vermicelli with pork and egg roll (bun thit nuong cha gio) and Shaken beef (bo luc lac). These are great in my opinion, but be warned that they might be with the same presentation as more traditional Vietnamese restaurants and these are the only versions of vermicelli dish or broken rice dish they offer. The pho meat selection has the usual meatball and brisket, but they don't offer tripe, tendon, flank or rare steak like I would usually expect. Also, I know my visiting parents didn't like the broth as much as at their local Californian Vietnamese, but that doesn't mean too much. Overall, I find this to be a great experience with friendly staff, fast service, delicious food and an overall vision for elevated Vietnamese food in today's Utah. read more

This is my favorite local Pho place! It's clean and simple on the inside. The broth is flavorful, the crunchy chili oil is , their shrimp appetizer is INCREDIBLE (and that's saying a lot because I typically don't like shrimp). This review would have been a five except for a few, I would call them minor issue. I'll get the bad out of the way and get to the great after. Ambiance When we walked in we were the only ones in the restaurant. There was a slightly unpleasant odor, enough that we almost turned and walked out but, thankfully we decided to at least look at the menu and see if we wanted to order. The music was way too loud, so much so that we had a hard time talking to each other while we discussed the menu. Now to the great part. We decided to order the pork taco appetizer and the fillet mignon pho and do it as take out because it was just too loud with the music. Writing this review for people who genuinely love Pho. First off the pho broth is really bland...I went here because the ribs caught my attention and not a lot of places offer that. The combination was interesting because it seems that the bones were not cooked in the same broth as the pho (it would be good to have it in the broth) but the ribs were even more bland than the soup base. It seems the ribs were just boiled separately and put together on top. The drinks were ok. I got the strawberry and passion, just basically syrup and water. Not authentic Vietnamese pho...Also the egg rolls are mediocre, it's basically ground shrimp with ground pork.
