Amazing customer service! 5 Stars!! The sweet woman that helped me this evening with my order of was beyond patient and sweet with me!

The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is clean, filled with beautiful greenery and rich cultural aesthetics. I tried the Bo La Lot and I say 5/5. I love the combination of meat, veggies, and fish sauce flavors. My friend tried the Banh Mi Pho and said it loaded with meat. Not a bad thing at all. It also had tomatoes which I'm a fan of but usually not in your typical banh mi. Try the coconut and kumquat juice for a refreshing drink. The service was super attentive. They asked us if we were ready and by the third time we finally were able to make our choices. They came back and asked how the food was and checked on our water levels. I noticed some items on the menu were crossed out. I'm not sure if they were just sold out or permanently removed, but I hope they're able to bring them all back as more food choices. Very pretty but don't think it's really worth it... Pretty overpriced and only one size. Pretty stingy with the herbs & veggies because it was actually for 6 people. I would've gave it 2 star but their pho was not that bad and their sandwich was decent also. Workers was slow and had to ask a few times and even heard someone in the back saying to each other "what?! She want sugar with her pho?!" Because I asked for sugar. Like so what? I like what I like. I had such a bad experience, it took 20 minutes before someone came and took our order, and then we waited another hour and a half for our food, and it came out cold and raw. They weren't even busy when we came in, there was probably 4 tables and another table waiting and then us, but it took so long for someone to take our order, we didn't realize as we kept talking but then when we got there at 5:40, no one took our order until 6, I think they forgot about us I'm not sure, but the servers were standing around and just talking, anyways we finally order, we got 2 Bo Ne, and a Bo kho noodle soup, after 30 minutes they brought out my friends Bo ne, and it wasn't even hot, just warm, and usually Bo Ne is supposed to be sizzling and continue to cook on the skillet, it was warm, he only brought out 1 bo ne dish, and then it took another 40 minutes before we got the other one, why would you just bring one out? Anyways, I never blame the servers however, you looked at my plate and just brought it out like that? The eggs were RAW like not runny, completely raw and cold, like the egg whites were clear, the skillet was cold, my meat was bleeding, the onions were raw and forgot the pate that goes with it, they didn't bring out the bread that goes with it it either, we asked the server if they could warm up my plate more cause quite frankly it was fully raw, I like my eggs runny but this was a lil... we asked the server and he said okay, but then didn't come back for another 25-30min, he only came back to bring the other dish, and forgot again, at this point were honestly over it, I just ate some of the meat and tomato, it's already been almost 2 hours. The Bo kho was extremely bland and the pho noodle in it was overcooked and mush, the Bo ne was extremely salty as well. It was also pretty pricey, we paid $95 with tip and it was so disappointing. Really terrible experience, it was still their soft opening so maybe it'll be better but we won't be back for a very long long time, they have a lot to work on. read more

I loved this place and think I found another favorite Vietnamese restaurant. It's beautiful and clean inside. The service was amazing and friendly. The food is so yummy. I want to come back for banh mi and pho. I tried fresh spring rolls and a vermicelli noodle bowl. Both were 10/10. We were also able to try the passionfruit panna cotta for something sweet. I saw a review that said they have a lychee lemonade and coconuts kumquat drinks too that I need to try! read more

I've been here many times and the pho broth taste different every time. This visit it didn't even taste like pho it was like miso, creamy, and oily and the bun cha nuoc mam was overly sweet. IMO as a pho restaurant everyone should know what hành ngâm/pickled onions is and how it should be cut but everytime I asked they give the thickest pieces. There's also been several times when we walk in, the servers are sitting on the side table chatting and we're awkwardly standing waiting for someone to seat us when there's no one else in the restaurant. My first visit here was so good but every visit since then has gone downhill which sucks because I was so excited to finally have a good pho place around here instead of driving closer to the city. Request: please have soup spoons and napkins readily at the table. read more

You no longer have to go to the downtown Salt Lake and West Valley area to choose a variety of good Vietnamese restaurants. Head down to BEP Viet Kitchen in Riverton and experience one of the best pho, banh mi, vermicelli dish and rice plates in Utah. The portions are great and they are very generous when it comes to their meats. The Pho I had must have had a 50-50 ratio of noodles and beef. The broth was also spectacular and you can definitely notice the length of time it took for the bold flavors to develop. The service was good and the restaurant was spacious bright and clean. The only negative was they ran out of the chicken wings with fish sauce. We will definitely be coming back. read more

My wife and I tried Bep Viet Kitchen tonight and came away seriously impressed. I ordered the banh mi pho... and wow. It was incredible. The best way I can describe it is like a Vietnamese French dip--rich, flavorful broth paired with that perfect banh mi bite. Just really well done. My wife had the pho, and we've had authentic pho from Hanoi Pho-10, so we've got a pretty solid benchmark. This absolutely held its own--fresh, clean flavors, and really satisfying. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself stands out. It's very clean, nicely decorated, and feels new and well thought out. Comfortable seating, great atmosphere, and the background music was just right--not overpowering, just adding to the experience. Service was outstanding! Overall, a great experience all around. I went during their soft opening period. After reviewing their menu online, I was really excited to try some traditional dishes that you can't find in a lot of Vietnamese restaurants, let alone the ones in Utah! Because they are still in their soft opening phase, a lot of the dishes available on their website are not yet available in the restaurant itself. However, I did see some different items on their soft opening menu. For example, they had chicken wings, and a passionfruit dressing salad. I ordered quite a few dishes. I will say, the food and the sauces are much on the sweet side. The dishes themselves were still very good, but just warning you - if you have a sweet tooth, you will definitely enjoy it. Based on the dishes that I got, it was more of a modern take on viet food than traditional. The ambience of the restaurant is very nice - it's very clean, modern, and a lot of space/seating. The servers were kind - pretty young group of waiters. I look forward to their grand opening, so I could try their full menu. read more

If you're in the Riverton/Herriman/Bluffdale area, this spot is definitely worth checking out! This was our second visit, and it didn't disappoint. We stopped in for lunch and tried the banh mi -- both the pho banh mi and the grilled pork -- and they were really good. On our first visit for dinner, we went with the plates, and everything was solid, especially the com Bo luc lac (shaken beef), which was a standout. Service-wise, they're still working through a few kinks, but nothing major and honestly to be expected with a newer spot. What really makes this place shine is how different it is from the usual options in the area. With so many fast food and limited cuisine choices nearby, this place is a refreshing change and a great addition to the local food scene. Definitely coming back! read more

First, the hours listed on Yelp showing it opens at 10am is incorrect. We got there just a little after 10 but they were so gracious and seated us anyways and mentioned that they had forgotten to update the hours. Service was amazing and everyone was so kind. Food....YUM!!! And a lot of it. Definitely a 2 meal portion. I had the vermicelli and grilled pork. Very flavorful and loved all the crispy shallots on the noodles. My husband got the beef stew with noodles and gobbled it down. The lychee lemonade was so refreshing and beautiful. I didn't expect to have crushed up lychee in it as most places just use syrup. We have been waiting for this place to open for 2 years and the wait was totally worth it. read more

I walked in and was immediately surprised by the ambiance of the restaurant! It's a very chic space with lots of greenery and hanging flowers. Our waiters were very kind and attentive! I moved from Houston about a year ago where they have lots of authentic Vietnamese food. In comparison, Bép is top notch! My mom and I got pho and banh mi - both of which were delicious The chef came to talk to us afterwards and thanked us for coming. He told us he actually worked in Houston for some time, and as we left, he let us try a couple of desserts. We will surely be back! read more

Tried this place out and wanted to really like it since there's not very many Vietnamese places around us. The ambiance was set for more of a instagram/tiktok vibe. For being a place that is fairly new they were out of a lot of stuff and the menu is pretty limited. My daughter and I ended up getting the pho which ok. They didn't have a lot of spices to add to the pho unlike other places. My husband had the CƠM BÒ LÚC LÁC which was just ok. I'm not sure if it was the owner or not but he was very loud. We might try this place again after 6 months and hopefully they've worked out the kinks. read more

Been here several times the pho and bun cha are amazing. The Bun Bo hue was lacking deep rich flavor & noodles were a little overcooked for my liking I like it to have a bounce to them. I added a spoonful of their chili oil but it didn't help much with the flavor. Everytime I come I feel like the veggie portions are small I always ask for 2 portions just for myself. I love bean sprouts in my BBH but I feel like they should also serve it with cabbage. They also don't have napkins, soup spoons, or fish sauce readily at the table I don't like bothering them with little things like that :( read more

I can't stop thinking about the pho I ate at Bep Viet Kitchen. The first time I got takeout and it was incredible. Ordering in was an even better experience, the pho was even better hot and fresh and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. My friend ordered the bun cha, and it was also excellent. I'll have a hard time choosing between that and the pho next time I go, and this is the kind of restaurant I'll want to visit frequently. What an experience. read more
