As someone with naturally thin nails, I rely on dip powder to help maintain their strength -- without it, my nails chip, peel, and break easily. This is the only salon that consistently does dip correctly. My nails never feel overly thick, I've never experienced "rings of fire," and my natural nails are healthier than ever. On top of that, my manicures last 3-4 weeks every time. Dee is amazing -- she is incredibly kind, attentive, and always makes me feel comfortable by offering water and checking in throughout the appointment. She remembers me and my preferences, which makes the experience feel so personal and welcoming. If you call ahead, she's great about accommodating appointments as well. As a customer, I believe it's important to be given full transparency so you can make an informed decision about what you're agreeing to. Additionally, the water temperature during my pedicure was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I didn't feel comfortable speaking up in the moment, and my husband actually called the salon during my appointment to ask for it to be adjusted. Afterward, when I reviewed my receipt and realized the extent of the unexpected charges, I reached out to the salon and then followed up with a phone call to try to resolve the situation directly. Unfortunately, when I asked to speak with a manager and began explaining the situation, I was told they were "too busy" and the call was abruptly ended. I'm very disappointed not only in the lack of transparency during the service, but also in how my concern was handled afterward. I had high expectations based on the reviews, but this experience did not reflect that level of service or professionalism.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by smiling friendly faces. The solan is nice and clean and does not smell like step by chemicals that others often do. They were all so nice and friendly and helped us with exactly what we wanted. A big shout out is that they took their time with our toes and really shaped them up and made them look good. Even working tirelessly on my husbands bad military feet with ingrown toe nails. (Yes he gets pedicures regularly) This was by far the BEST experience we have had when it comes to pedicures.
