I chose this salon because of the positive reviews and had genuinely high expectations going in, which is why this experience was so disappointing. During my visit, I was charged for add-on services that were not clearly explained or disclosed to me beforehand. As a customer, I believe it's important to be given full transparency so you can make an informed decision about what you're agreeing to. Additionally, the water temperature during my pedicure was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I didn't feel comfortable speaking up in the moment, and my husband actually called the salon during my appointment to ask for it to be adjusted. Afterward, when I reviewed my receipt and realized the extent of the unexpected charges, I reached out to the salon and then followed up with a phone call to try to resolve the situation directly. Unfortunately, when I asked to speak with a manager and began explaining the situation, I was told they were "too busy" and the call was abruptly ended. I'm very disappointed not only in the lack of transparency during the service, but also in how my concern was handled afterward. I feel a bit bad writing this review. I am here on a trip for a wedding. I called over asking if they had room for me to get a pedicure. They said yes come over! I came and nobody was in the waiting room. Then I waited 35 minutes. 30 of that in lukewarm water. Then they finally helped me. Trying to up charge me the whole time. I wasn't in rush when I came. But by the time I got helped I felt rushed! I understand not rushing everyone's services but not even acknowledging me in a chair for 30 minutes wasn't great business. I should have walked but I really wanted the pedicure. By the time I got helped, they tried to upsell me on the service even though I explicitly says I didn't have the time anymore to do an upsell like the smoothing. I picked the color white because it was simple and he got started. He was very thorough, which was the only thing that was great about the service. Twice during the nail painting, he added acetone to the white bottle and used a shaker across the room to get more out. I've seen this practice done, but with the color like white or black, I would assume a nail salon just has more and wouldn't complain about it running out twice to the customer. He would just go get a new bottle. He was upset that I needed to get up and leave soon after he painted my nails telling me I should wait and that they might get ruined. I repeated that I told him I needed to leave at that time and then I had been in the salon for over an hour. Which was all but 10 minutes in the chair. They became very apologetic, even though they had not acknowledged me while I waited and tried to offer me a lotion as a peace offering which I didn't take because I didn't really want it. I did just say that in the case this happens again just tell someone you don't have time or acknowledge them when they're sitting in a chair for 30 minutes that you didn't forget about them. Another thing that slightly bothered me was that there were lots of children present, and the owner had on very explicit language and explicit content, music videos playing the entire time. At one point a mom got very upset by a video and they did switch it, but to another explicit video which felt strange. Overall, this place does have great ratings however, I really do think they often make people wait a long time and I would not go here if you have anywhere to be after. I acknowledge that some of that was my fault because I only gave myself an hour and 15 minutes, but I did call ahead for a simple pedicure. It usually doesn't take that long. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst pedicure and service I have ever received. 4 of us went for manicures and pedicures were there over 2 1/2 hours only had pedicures never got to nails. They told us the wait was 5-10 minutes we waited over an hour. I was started 30 minutes before the rest of our party and finished last. He kept getting up taking care of other people. They over charged for everything. They used a drill on my feet, took it over set on table without cleaning it and another tech used on next clients fingers. Didn't remove all the old polish or clean under nails, didn't remove calluses as paid for and dropped polish on floor picked up and kept painting. He charged $77 for an express pedicure which should have been $55. Not one tech did as the brochure we paid for said. We were excited to try it reading other reviews maybe we caught them on a bad day but with that kind of service and uncleanliness we will not be back. read more

Lots of positives here! It's easy to make appointments, they are kind and greet you immediately when you walk in, they are fast but do quality work. My one complaint is that adding gel to a pedicure is quite expensive ($20 for gel add on). That one surprised me.
