I visited this salon for the first time today, and honestly things started off great. Service was quick, everyone was friendly, and my friend and I were just chatting like we always do during our pedicures. Then my tech--an older lady--got to the callus remover part and accidentally sliced my toe. I definitely felt something, but I wasn't sure what it was at first. She stopped immediately, didn't say anything, and kind of kept covering the spot and checking it. She had me put my foot back in the hot water and then just moved on to my other foot. No sugar scrub, no finishing touches on the one she hurt. Every time I tried to peek at it, she gently tugged my foot back. So I was trying to convince myself it wasn't that bad. Paid full price, tipped $10 because I used to work in service and I just can't not tip... and then the second I put my sock and shoe on, I realized oh no, it is that bad. When I stepped outside and finally got a look, yep--she really did slice some skin off. I'll post pictures, so if you're squeamish about blood, maybe skip those. I won't be coming back, but honestly, they did an amazing job on my friend's feet, so at least one of us walked out happy! read more

The lack of hospitality and professionalism sucks. I called ahead of time to see if they were able to get me and friend in. I asked for a rebase and they said it was okay they had time. They did not try to service me until around 2 hours later, I then refused service. The lady proceeded to say "just because we have a LITTLE WAIT means you're not going to get your nails done", 2 hours is not a little wait. They had people that made appointment ahead of time reschedule or come back. The quality of nails they service was not even close to good. They left my fingernails and toenails jagged without filing them with super sharp corners and the actual nail polish was so sloppy. They did not do the cuticles at all. I've had the big brother and the younger brother do my nails when my favorite girl isn't there, and they do a fine job, though I find for dip nails, my nails look a little thick. There is one girl there named Mira? Meera? (sp?) who really does a *superb* job every time. I am always pleased with the result and her attention to detail. My nails look great/last for weeks. If you get dip, ask for her. I also recommend calling first. They're usually fairly open, but they honor their phone appointments (don't be more than 5 minutes late). Good place. read more

this was hands down the worst manicure i've ever had. where to even begin. 1) it took nearly 2 hours for a dip manicure with tips (no prior dip on either so no time needed for removal) 2) i got white, a color i get religiously, after putting my hands in the UV dryer they use the color turned yellow. I've had this happen in the sun when i have white nails but usually not for 2 weeks after the manicure, which i am fine with. upon noticing the color had completely changed i held my hand up to the nail tester to show the difference in color. the owner tried to tell me "it was my hands" and not the polish or product they use... yet this has never happened to me before. it was about 10 minutes of back and forth until they offered to fix it. 3) they tried to fix it but putting yet another layer of white on and trying a new technique however all that did was make it more clumpy and thick. at this point i had to go, the owner asked me to come back later to try to fix it. 4) i go back because i paid $60 for the manicure (no discount was given for my troubles) and i still left with the dip being separated the gel they use as top coat 5) within 1 week the tips broke off. all in all i spent nearly 3 hours at the salon that day, still left with an unsatisfactory manicure, and one that lasted barely a week. i will not be returning. read more

Well they sure got the job done, that's for sure. And at an unbeatable price too! I just moved to the area and I'm trying out different places to get my nails done. Nails Pro Spa is only 4 minutes away from me, which beats driving downtown any day. I went at around 3pm on a Monday, so they weren't very busy. I was able to get in and out very quickly for a rebase and a gel pedicure. I got exactly what I asked for and they did it well. If you're looking for a fancy place to get your nails done, this isn't the spot for you. It's no shiny new nail salon with state of the art equipment, but they will get the job done and at an affordable price. Compared to many places in downtown Denver, prices here are a lot cheaper, which is a major selling point for me. I don't get my nails done for any type of experience, I get them done to have nice looking nails and I got exactly what I wanted. Nails Pro Spa is an affordable place in a convenient location and I will definitely be back. read more

I indicated I only wanted a pedicure and the nail tech tried to get me to let them remove what was on my fingers pestering about what was on my nails and how to remove it. Once I let her know that I didn't want them removed she asked me what type of pedicure I wanted, and when I responded with basic she visibly got irritated. I love Nails Pro! I used to go to a specific technician but she left a few years ago. Now when I go, I don't have a regular person that I prefer yet, (I haven't been going on a regular basis for over a year) however each time I am satisfied with the outcome. I like the dip manicures and if one chips, they will fix it, usually for free. I don't do any fancy artistry on myself but I see other people get very fancy things done and they look great! I found this place to be just ok. I got a basic pedi so I guess you get what you pay for. The negatives: Not many polishes (regular polish) to choose from, the callous sloughing part was fairly rough, I think my cuticle/skin was cut because he sprayed my toes after with alcohol and it burned. Alcohol? Why? I got the lamest foot massage ever and he got a little bossy when I said I didn't have 15 minutes to sit under the foot drier. The polish dried quickly anyway. I came here for a pedicure Thursday after work - it was so busy! We were quoted 15 min, and it took about that to get in chairs. Everyone was friendly. They used plastic liners in the massage chairs for the pedicure bath. The pedicure was overall standard - about as expected. There was nothing exceptional about it. I'm not a fan of their tools, though, as I'm not sure their sanitation level between clients (I sure hope decent since I got a pedicure but I cannot confirm). The polish got in some cuticles. The color selection was great for regular polish too. $31 for standard pedicure with $7+ for 3 other options/add-ons. Would I go back? Maybe. I'VE NEVER HAD SUCH A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE AT ANY ESTABLISHMENT EVER, the nail tech started screaming at me and coming at me with the Dremel when I suggested that there was something wrong with the nail polish even after I started crying and kept saying "please let me pay and leave." Initially he did a good job shaping and cutting my nails, and when I noticed the streaks I assumed it was a light color and asked for a third coat. Then I realized that there was something black in the lavender polish that was streaking about half of my nails. He started raising his voice and said that it was part of my nails themselves, which was crazy to me that he could even say that. So I was disappointed but I could tell I wasn't gonna get anywhere and he was making me uncomfortable so I let him put on the top coat while the manager came over and started aggressively telling me that there was nothing wrong with the nail polish. At this point I'm just saying it's fine and trying to get out of there cause I'm so uncomfortable. When I look at the top coat I can tell that it's not even covering my entire nails, and it's all over my fingers too, so when he asks me how it is I say I'm disappointed and he starts screaming at me "if you don't like it I'm taking it off" and literally coming at me with the Dremel while I'm already standing up trying to pay with the manager. I had to cry and beg them to let me pay and leave 10-15 times before they finally let me swipe my credit card and run out. The entire time I'm trying to pay this guy is screaming at me, I hadn't engaged with him since he put the top coat on my nails. I paid $80 for a mani pedi with Gel and usually that's how much it costs for a deluxe pedi and acrylic WITH gel. Here you get a basic mani and pedi for $72 with the worst paint job possible.
