I had a nurse take my vitals and asked me for all my meds that I have been taking. He tested me for the flu and no less than 5 mins, results came back positive. A doctor saw me in between the 5 min wait and she was extremely helpful and nice. She was astonished how I was not treated properly at a physician's office that she was familiar with. Regardless, they gave me moltrin and started me on tamiflu and I was feeling better instantly. That was all it took with an additional $250 copay. So grateful for proper care, yet so broke.

I drove an hour from Kingwood to Tomball because this was the doctor's first open appointment. My appointment was at 11:30a, I showed up at 11:15a. I was not seen until 12:40p, OVER AN HOUR LATER. The appointment was only to go over labs so it didn't take long. At 12:50p, the lady checked me out and told me that the lab was closed for lunch. I took time off work so I was not able to wait until after lunch. She scheduled me to lab next day at the Kingwood location. I received the text and email which I confirmed. I showed up at the Kingwood location the next day. They were not able to locate me in their system. I went to the link and it showed cancelled. They sent me away and asked me to try another location. When I got there, they were closed. I went back to the Kingwood front desk. They said that there is someone there that is able to draw but she does not take last min walk in. I showed them my text and email for my appointment was it was not acceptable. They said that the earliest they can schedule me for lab is 6/17, 5 days later for a time sensitive lab for my follow up appointment call on 6/15! I feel that I shouldn't be working this hard as a patient for lab when it should be the office's job to do the basic function to schedule and follow up. Also to note, not all providers at Genesis are available as drop down in the portal. For two of my providers, I have to text for lab results. The main schedule line is out sourced and they are not familiar with the type of appointments/and or office schedule.

Despite my repeated concerns about lack of improvement on their testosterone therapy, their response was consistently poor. Promises of call-backs were seldom kept, and when I did get through, the only solution was to increase dosages or add new prescriptions, leading to more expensive lab tests - all billed to me. After spending over $4,000 without any noticeable benefit, I switched to a new provider. Remarkably, within just one month, my testosterone levels were optimized using a lower dosage than whatnew you had prescribed. When I called new you to politely discuss my experience and request a partial refund, I was assured a call back that never came. Upon following up, I was met with rudeness, misinformation, and ultimately, I was hung up on. I strongly advise anyone seeking testosterone therapy to avoid new you. Their lack of responsiveness, ineffective treatment protocols, and poor customer service have been a costly and unproductive experience for me.
