Can I give 0 stars? Because this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Listen to the reviews below--this place has had terrible customer service since my sister and I went 10 years ago, and it's still awful today. Do not give them your money; they don't deserve it. The staff here are nasty and inconsiderate. My cousins went this week to purchase a prom dress. After losing their mother recently, this was already a heartbreaking experience for them. She was told she couldn't try on the dresses. Seriously? Stores like Kleinfeld and RK Bridal allow unlimited try-ons, but your store does not? Then, they were told they needed an adult with them. My cousin was with her older sister, who is an adult. The workers ganged up on them, belittling, berating, and being all-around grade-A jerks. My younger cousin, who needed the dress, ended up crying, and they left the store. They even overheard another customer being told she was too fat to try on a dress. How can you justify this behavior? How is this store still in business with such appalling treatment of customers? If you don't want a sale, fine--customers can take their business elsewhere. But how dare you think you can speak and treat people this way? Shame on you, and shame on the owner for allowing this to continue for years. If you're reading this, stay away for your own mental health and go somewhere that truly appreciates your business. This place is not it. read more

This is the worst dress store you can possibly go to. From the owner of the store to the understaffed crew, I honestly have absolutely nothing nice to say. Their treatment of potential customers is disgusting. They are rude and unhelpful and refused to let my cousin try on a dress because we left to look at other stores. The owner cursed at us and threw us out despite the fact that we were extremely polite and courteous. The owner even accused us of not having enough money to buy a potential dress we wanted to buy. I have endless complaints about their store and the way their business is run however I don't have enough time in the world to write all that is wrong about this store. I'm sorry but this place don't deserve a star. Everyone from the owner to the staff on the floor needs serious customer service training. I bought my dress and took it back to exchange 2 days later for another dress which would cost more. They refuse to exchange my dress. Now I'm stuck with a $300 dress on my hand and that doesn't even fit me right. These people are plain rude. Due to their stupidity they now lost another customer. I dont normally write reviews, but this place needed an extra poor review. 1st off they dont even deserve the 1 star. I took my daughter here to look for a sweet 16 dress. Lets just say all there employees are rude and snobs. I showed them a Sheri Hill dress that we saw online. They said they didnt have the dress in stock and pretty much thats it. They did not even try to help us look for something similar. This store and their employees only help their own kind if you know what I mean. Horrible experience. Sheri Hill & Jovani Dresses are soo amazing & I cant believe there allowed to sell and represent their dresses. read more

This review is long overdue. I purchased my daughter's sweet sixteen dress there and we had a very good experience. Given the location, my daughter and I were very impress by the huge selection of dresses they have. The dresses are pricey but very beautiful, worth every penny. The sales girl was very helpful and had a lot of patience with us. I went back there to purchase other dresses and even recommended family and friends. I gave this store only 3 stars because the fitting room is very, very small and there is hardly place to move around once you try on the dress. read more

don't recommend the owner was very rude. she basically was kicking us out. we couldn't find our size so i asked if we can get a return because most of the dresses were ripped poorly made and you can see the glue on the dress and none of them were the size we were looking for . all these dresses are from china. they don't have legit price tags. they prices are way too high. the staff would tell me one price and i would ask again and then they would tell me another price. which was confusing to me. i was so shocked when the owner told us that we need to leave because she needs to go home. so then we still had money over to get more stuff and she told us we need to leave store is closed so we just told her to keep the money. her attitude is very disgusting. all they want to do is rob you. save your money and go somewhere else. i wouldnt even give a star. read more

Terrible service. Snobby sales people, shabby shop and rude management. They sell damaged dresses on the sales racks and do not inform customers of this or even of their exchange policy. After trying to return a DAMAGED dress we were told to "Go to hell". Save your money for somewhere else. read more

The employees and the owner have no customer skills, they only give you the dresses they think you can afford. I wish I could give zero stars. Let me start off by saying I read all of the bad reviews on here and still decided to be optimistic and give this place a chance. Big mistake. These women stereotype and have nasty attitudes. I went into their business yesterday to shop for a graduation/birthday dress. I was not greeted when I entered, and as soon as a customer of their ethnic background entered they were greeted without hesitation. I told one associate exactly what I was looking for and instead of her helping me look for it, I had to basically roam the store myself and find it. When I finally found a dress I wanted to try on(it was in the front window on a mannequin), I was rudely given the price of the dress, as if I couldn't afford it. The store manager basically told me the only way they would take the dress down was if I was sure I wanted to buy it. Bottom line: Don't go there!!!! These people are horrible at customer service and I plan to contact the BBB and file a complaint. read more
