We had the entire shop to ourselves, and Liz, who assisted us, was incredible. She pulled dresses that fit both my style and my budget, made us feel so comfortable, and created such a relaxed, supportive, and fun environment. To top it all off, I found the dress. It was nothing like what I thought I'd choose, but the second Liz finished helping me into it, I had that unmistakable "this is the one" feeling. I returned twice for alterations, and every time, Liz was just as warm, kind, and attentive as during my first visit. She truly made the experience special from start to finish. I believe I was helped by someone named Kimberly. I was given a questionnaire to fill out and then she selected some dresses for me to try on. My friends and I were able to peruse the collection and find dresses as well. I wasn't sure which style would fit me the best so they were able to help me narrow it down. The bridal attendant was so patient and kind. She really knew which style would fit my body the best and from that visit I knew I wanted a dress that was very fitted and in an A line shape. My friends took a ton of photos so that was very helpful to see which looked good on me. I also tried on a lot of dresses. Fast forward almost two years later and it's my friend looking for a wedding dress. We arrive for an appointment and are met with someone named Vicky. She was ok, a little pushy and didn't really give me the same vibe that Kimberly did. There was a form again to be filled out but since the venue was not determined she suggested that it would be better to find a dress after. A nicer way to approach would have been to not state that at all because it felt like she shouldn't be trying on dresses to see which style fits the best. So currently they only allow 5 free dresses to be tried on. Anything more than that requires a payment of $20 for 5 more dresses. Also mentioned everywhere on the walls were no photography unless it's a say yes to the dress. Um, how are we suppose to help our friend see how she looked like in each dress? Also when I grabbed a dress to pick for her, Vicky snapped telling me to put it down and to listen to her. I didn't really feel so comfortable going around picking out dresses for her after that. At the end she stated that she also does makeup and is available for wedding services too. Overall, if I were the bride again and went through that type of customer service I wouldn't be too compelled to come back after all the new ways of the business.

Instead of at least acknowledging the inconvenience for us, the customer, or providing an explanation, we were told to talk to Trump and blame him for the tariffs. They lacked accountability. The daughter kept repeating "she'll be aight" in response to my mother walking out of the store due to their lack of empathy and professionalism. She was well aware of how rude she was being because she admitted that she would not let anyone talk to her own mother like that. The owner dramatically exaggerated that things happen in life and stated that she could have had a heart attack which would have really stopped us from getting our order. She believed she did not do anything wrong because she was being calm and stating that we can we check the cameras and recordings for proof. The owner also expressed that running the store is too much for her and that she's thought about closing it down. When we said we'd leave a poor review due to their lack of empathy and poor customer service, the owner replied that "bad things happen to bad people", basically foretelling our misfortune. It was really unprofessional overall. Our disappointment as customers was met with hostility and defensiveness. I wish we read the reviews before purchasing from here. They take your kindness hostage once they receive payment. No quality of clothes is worth that level of rudeness. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

So this was also mid pandemic and at the time only one person was allowed to come, so they allowed me To have 4 different appointments with the ones who meant most to me, Sheri even stayed late one day. So I already was very pleased and then I met Dalia, who was a complete angel to work with. I gained a few Pounds during Covid like a lot of us, and I was so upset and nervous because my dress did not fit, my next appointment 1 week later Dalia took out my dress and I felt like a beautiful bride, I also brought a veil in with me from else where, which I had a few concerns about Dalia altered it and made it the veil of my dreams. What would I exchange it for ? I don't have any other occasion to wear an item like this. Nor would I wear it due to the stench. They have incense lit up to so you don't smell it in the store.
