He told me yes they had time. I told him I was five minutes away. He then said OK. Once I came in, I let him know that I was the one that called and he told me to pick out a color and have a seat so I did and I waited over 20 minutes and I don't know if he forgot that I was there or he just really didn't want to do the manicure and just do a soak off. Don't ever come here if you have a last-minute request that's not that hard to do.

Yes, it's always busy. Yes, they have a strict time schedule and are focused on getting you in, getting your service, getting you out satisfied, and for a reasonable price. I've never been disappointed even once. Now granted I'm former military-I love the efficiency. I love the feeling when you go in, you know they are working to get you in, out, and off on your way with the services you requested. David is usually there and he is a fantastic person. He takes his shop seriously and is managing multiple people at once; be nice to him and he's nice back. Come in with an attitude and you'll get that same energy back. You let him know there's a problem he'll focus on fixing it, but if you're the problem he will stick up for his people. I love David's, so does my wife, so do all of his regulars. First off everything was unprofessional. They bullied me into choosing the highest level service so I complied since I usually spend about $70 at my home town salon anyway. My sis and I were trying to enjoy our pamper day but when I asked for French on my toes, no body knew how! Literally how are you a nail tech but can't do French? They called over 3 separate people to try and do French on my toes! My sister did a solid color and was literally done with her service while they were still trying to do French on me. I said forget just give me a solid color. Truly Insane. Then my sister is waiting for me now and she goes to the bathroom, the lady doing my toes asked if we were friends or sisters. I said we are sisters. She looked shocked and said "she is so tiny and you are big like fat" I have NEVER in all the years seen someone in the service industry call their client fat. Are you dumb? Do you not want a good tip? My sis comes back from the bathroom and asked how it was going and I told her in front of the lady "well she just called me fat so I kinda wanna leave" the lady just giggled and my sis was visibly upset. She finishing the service and I go to pay, she's complaining in native tongue that I won't tip her (YOU CALLED ME FAT WTF) out of not wanting to cause a scene (language barrier) I paid $87 after card machine tax - almost $100 down the drain! We get to the car and my sis notices I still have the mask from my service on my leg, I tried letting this go but it's only been 3 days and my entire big toe chipped off already.
