I grew up not knowing how to organize a kitchen and no amount of books or magazine articles helped. Nicole was my godsend. She came in, assessed and got me started right away of the cleanup of my kitchen area. She got organizers and drawer dividers that make it easy to grab the right utensil or pan and put everything away quickly. It makes it all easy to keep up with. And the changes made sense. The five star is also from my husband too. He was resistant at first to all the changes, but now is extremely glad we did the kitchen overhaul. I like that Nicole didn't make me feel like I was being judged although the house in a pretty awful (frankly embarrassingly) state when we started.
