They told a string of lies about why it took 2x longer than they estimated. The door came in damaged, lies continued until they accidentally sent me a picture. While blaming the delay on a complicated install, they were actually trying to repair my iron door with bondo. I asked for a refund which they essentially ignored. They begged me to come see it which I reluctantly agreed and now they're completely ghosting me. Avoid at all costs!

We bought a house last year and the seller had a company (not this Gerardo and Eduardo and what appears to be their mom's "company") replace the roof before closing. I never had a contract with the original roofer, nor G&E, but they are suing me for "materials used for the roof on my house" - despite me never receiving a bill from anyone nor having any sort of contact with them. I looked them up on OSCN and they filed two identical lawsuits on 4/15/2026 in McClain County and five identical lawsuits on 4/17/2026 in Oklahoma County as well. Buyer (or anyone) beware! This appears to be some sort of new scam.

In a pinch, I contacted another garage door company and made an appointment the same afternoon. They never came out that day, but did the following morning and replaced the spring. At the end, their repairman basically told me our garage door was in bad shape (drums shot, cable ready to snap, etc.) and quoted us $605 if we did it in the next 24-hours. Called Discount Garage Door for a quote to do the job. Chris was sent to my house within two hours and told me that the door rollers should be replaced, but that the garage door lift equipment was perfectly fine. He also asked who did the spring replacement t and told me that they were very undersized for my type of garage door.
