Satisfied with the communication, professionalism, and courteousness from all of them. Yes, this is more expensive than I hoped it would be but the alternative of completely replacing my driveway would be much more expensive. Daniel explained the whole process including financing options. Joe and Zack worked very long hours determined to finish the job on the second day but I could tell they were not compromising their work. A very good and positive experience. Employees Omar and Jumon were very friendly, courteous, and professional. The leveling of my concrete which had a 1" crack and a 1.5" drop is now level as are all the slabs that needed correction, which was every section around my pool. All the cracks and dividers are now sealed as well. The employees worked steady from the minute they arrived until they finished. They well know their job and how to do it correctly. Jorge, Isaac, and Kenny were extremely professional and friendly. They worked non-stop all day to install our piers and were very transparent about each step of the process. They had to dig up two of our plants in order to install one of our piers, but they re-planted and even watered them afterwards. Jim Jenckes came out inspected my drive and took is time and put carful thought in my project. He then showed me a plan A and B that could be used to complete the project. He understood when I told him I had this project and another I was trying to get lined before I moved forward on this so I could ok them both at the same time. Our experience with Groundworks started with an extremely professional consultation by Anthony Stovall, field inspector. The crew came out on a blistering hot day and worked until after dark. They explained everything they were doing and cleaned up even though they had to come back to finish up. The workers was very friendly and they was on time, they worked on our house 2 days. The groundworks crew did a really good job on lifting and leveling our house that was about 2 inches low and the basement wall on the front of house was falling into the inside of basement 4 inches or so, they got the house leveled and secured the wall from collapsing. We had push piers to install in the basement level of a parking lot. It was hot and humid with very limited space to work. This did not slow them down In anyway.
