Hailey, our sales rep, arrived on time and conducted a professional walk-through to hear our ideas. We discussed rough quotes for the kitchen and bathroom remodels, and she presented the option of a $10k design phase contract as a first step. We wanted to compare multiple contractors before committing and requested a written quotation first. The next day, I followed up via voicemail and text to ask about the quotation and clarify any questions. I received no response. I followed up again on 3/31 but did not receive a reply. Based on this, I assume the company is not interested, but I would have appreciated clear communication rather than no response at all.

We needed some Foundation work done and after extensive searching and talking to many firms we decided to go with American helical. Found that they had the best technology with the helicals for creating solid foundations in sandy soil. Tyler and team were very creative and thought about solutions out of the box for the kind of work that was needed. Compared to other providers who wanted to go down a path which was way more complex and expensive. They are continuing to do work at a house since they are general contractors as well.
