I purchase two of the same item at $107.75 each on 27 October 2023. Dack Outdoors restocks the item at least four times throughout November to the 28th of December. The price fluctuates between $126.77 or more at such time. My order enters the status of "now processing" on the 25th of November until refunded on the 22nd of December without notice. Dack has five opportunities to fulfill my order since 03 January 2024. I can wait a few more weeks since almost two months pass already! Just fulfill the order in the same good faith I pay for it! The totality of negative reviews reveals a pattern of deceitful behavior: 1) Blame the supplier for some ambiguous discrepancy. 2) Feign remorse with a "copy & paste" apology. 3) Offer resolution under pretense of Christian values. 4) Do nothing to keep word. Ask any Dack customer service representative after experiencing circumstances 1 through 3 the following question: Will you honor the price paid for the same item under the original order? I receive the sound of crickets for the answer and confirmation of the 4th circumstance. Dack reneges on orders to satisfy its avarice by offering to process a new order at the higher price! Dack exemplifies the worst kind of hypocrite who denies being one under the pretense of religion. Pay a little more to a reputable retailer for peace of mind and avoid the grief of dealing with Dack Outdoors. "They will hold to an outward form of godliness but deny its power. Terrible Terrible company. Shop for better or similar prices. I found the same gun for $5 less and had it before Dack refunded me (again, they took 5% off the top). do not order from them. This is a company to avoid at all costs. They lie about their already exorbitant shipping times. They say shipping may take up to 30 days but that is a lie. It will take longer and as soon as you hit that 30-day mark you become invisible to them. Sure they took your money on day one but on day 35, they are ignoring your inquiries begging for an answer as to when or if your item will ever be shipped. Louzy customer service that is practically nonexistent. Lies about shipping times. Failure to respond to inquiries about when items will be shipped when they are already overdue makes DACK OUTDOORS a place to avoid like the plague. I am sure you will be happier and taken much better care of by ordering from any place except Dack Outdoors. The worst company I have ever dealt with! I placed an order with them, only then read the reviews, I wrote them 10 letters asking to cancel my order and return my money, they did not answer me for 7 days, then Anna wrote me a text "I will now check the status of your order and come back." She did not answer me anything, they disappeared for another week. I wrote to them every day and she answered me again "I will now check the status of your order and come back" and again disappeared and no longer answers my letters! absolute thieves! i waited 30 days for an nfa item, and they had everything they needed to complete form 3 and transfer it, but they chose to do nothing until the item was out of stock. don't mind that i already paid around $3,000 for everything, but this level of service is completely unacceptable! their lack of communication and failure to follow through have been extremely frustrating. to make matters worse, when i reached out for support, their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. after spending weeks trying to get answers, i was met with nothing but excuses and delays. i expect better from a company that deals with such high-value items. this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare--from the incompetence of the staff to the absolute lack of professionalism. i feel completely ripped off and would strongly advise others to avoid this site if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. report them to the atf and irs asap! read more
