When we walked into the store, I was worried that he wouldn't be taken seriously, as he was a teenager and kind of knew what he wanted, but wasn't quite sure. Andrew was who waited on him was awesome with my son. He allowed him to try on different watches. We even went to lunch and came back so that my son made sure that he was buying a watch that he really wanted. Fast forward to this December, he graduates from high school in May and wanted a watch as his gift. My son emailed Andrew and asked when he'd be working while we were in the area and set up a day that we'd come in. I gave Andrew the price range I wanted to work within and he showed my son everything in his price range and helped him find the watch he chose, which wasn't a watch he thought he'd like before we went to the store and tried things on. I can honestly say that we were treated as well as a customer buying his second or third Rolex, each visit. Andrew is my now who my son will buy his future watches from. He wouldn't go anywhere else, because of how well he was treated. Thank you Andrew. Your kindness, honesty and knowledge is what draws my son to you.

Even years ago when it was running it made a hollow noise while ticking. Leroy got it up and working. It took six weeks but it is perfect now. It was pricey to repair but you kind of expect that with older watches that have more intricate parts. He even replaced the leather band and matched the buckle. His shop is a little hidden in the plaza so it's easy to accidentally drive by, but he is worth the visit if you have an older watches that needs fixing.

A nightmare from start to finish. I dropped one of my vintage watches on the ground and the crystal…read moreshattered. It's a very simple mechanical watch from overseas that I was fond of. The date window looked fine and all I could see was only the crystal had shattered. I brought it to Emblers hoping to get it fixed quickly. They don't do any watch repairs in house and told me they'd have to ship it to a watch specialist to get a quote and to get it fixed. The cost of shipping even before the quote seemed high but I said yes since I was in a rush to get it fixed. It took Embler maybe 1.5 weeks before I got a quote and another 3 months before they told me it was fixed. I was calling almost every week and a half. They claimed they left a message but never did. Looking at the watch the crystal they replaced it with was nice but the date window was completely broken. When I wound it it was off center and the number didn't line up with the window anymore. I also got the watch back with the date window on a different date than when I had dropped it off, the watch was stopped when I had given it to Embler. I called Embler and he stonewalled me and claimed the watch maker had never opened it and would never do such a thing. What more he also claimed their watch maker had been working on watches longer than "you've been alive" and he worked all day on Patek Philippes and Rolexes and there's no way he'd ever break my watch. They refused to reimburse me for the damages and only offered to refund the replaced crystal. I was livid and didn't take Embler up on the offer as I was on rotating shift work working nights and was about to change Navy duty stations shortly after. I didn't want to even go back after being disrespected and gaslit. My watch is still broken and I don't have the time right now to get it fixed anymore. Don't trust this place with your watches. I don't have experience with their jewelery but I wouldn't trust them with that either. Take your watches or jewelery repair to Summerville Jewlery Repair instead, I had a great experience with them.

I said y'all do that because you know your jewelry is fake and y'all are ripping people off with this gold plated stuff then charge real gold price like it's crazy how they are allowed to sale costume jewelry at such high price under fake pretense and not get shut down. I would never ever recommend buying anything from them and would never ever shop there again. I hope someone comes along and closing there business down for fraud cause that is what they are doing. Well needless to say I have a 700 necklace that has turned green now and sits in my jewelry box worthless.
