I take my ring back a few times a year for them to deep clean it and check the prongs and overall "health" of the ring. They are always helpful and kind. I work with my hands a lot and my soldered together wedding bands broke apart. I was really upset about it, but I brought it in and they assured me it would be good as new when they fixed it. Exactly on schedule 2 weeks later they called to say the rings were ready. I also took my engagement ring to be cleaned and they sparkled like new. They've always been helpful and I think the prices are great for any budget. They also can help find loose stones and make whatever your heart desires! So I go into the store on Wednesday to have my wedding rings replayed as the rhodium had dulled. First, the two young women who were helping me had no idea what I was talking about. Both said they could clean my rings but didn't know anything about rhodium. Do I said fine, just clean them. I was then told it would take 2 weeks!! The jewelers son was sick and they were behind. I was stunned. I said never mind and left. I've always dealt with extremely knowledgeable people at Reeds, Ron, etc. These kids didn't seem to know anything about fine jewelry. Not as friendly, not as helpful and kind of a scam, told us $75 for a"repair" we have never had to pay for in the past and then ended up charging us nearly $200, very very dissatisfied and disappointed.
