If I could give a rating higher than five, I would. Charity and Justin stretched my carpet two weeks ago and did an outstanding job. I noticed a closet that I had not ask them to stretch, but when I contacted Charity to see if they could return, she immediately reached out to me to let me know that it wouldn't be a problem. They walked me through how they were going to fix my carpet issues and told me how much it would cost up front. They worked with my schedule, fixed my carpet, and cleaned up after themselves. Not only did they do an incredible job, but were professional; on time, courteous, class acts that took care of every room in our new house (4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, office) without furniture in less than 4 hours - every room needed attention including closets and every room got it.. A FABULOUS experience. If you want your poorly installed by someone else carpets fixed and stretched the CORRECT way, use Daddy Daughter. The job is fantastic and I don't have to look at the wrinkles and seams in my carpets anymore. They were careful with our furniture, our walls and our trim.
