I have so many indents in my floor from everything that has been sitting, you can see any nails underneath in the floorboards and god forbid you drop something. This company does not provide specific installation manuals, I requested one repeatedly and after much delay I was sent a generic manual from Google. We had no idea what products and techniques would be best to use to keep this flooring intact. Probably would have been worthless anyway considering the poor quality. Just installed this flooring in the spring and it already needs replaced. So much time and money down the drain. Since I lived closer to Woodstock they suggested I use that store. Kerrie came to my house to do measurements. She is very nice and I had a great experience with her. So today I decided since I'm off from work to go over there and pick my carpet and schedule an install date. Today I dealt with a gentleman. He started out decent. Then I asked him a couple simple questions. I was just asking him about the measurements that they had on my quote. He asked me how I knew how many square feet I had. I said because I helped Kerri measure. In fact , I held the tape measure and did the math on my calculator. Is that not the definition of " help"? Then, instead of taking my word that I helped her....and allowing us to move on and get to my purchase. He makes some smug, goofy look....like I'm lying. So say..." why would I lie about that" I had nothing to gain. Then he goes on to say " that seems weird". Or something to that effect. I'm like...wow....I haven't even exchanged money, goods or services with you and your implying that I'm lying about something insignificant. What if I had a problem with the install? I could see him not responsibility , him calling me a liar, and not attempting to resolve the issue. No thanks! I immediately drove my " deceitful" self to Home Depot on Sandy Plains rd. The selections I made were comparable to the quote I got from Carpet Depot. Also, I will sleep better at night knowing, if I have any issues, I won't have to deal with a smug, carpet salesman who will question my integrity and potentially not rectify any minor situations.
