The staff is great! We just love Dianna and Eric. You can tell they love their jobs. Dianna works in the Clubhouse. She makes sure everyone is following the rules and everyone is safe especially during a lightning storms while people are at the pool. She works hard to make sure everything is running smoothly. Eric now works in housekeeping. The facilities are always clean. He has a can do attitude. He is great with the guest. We would like to see Eric working more with the guest then housekeeping. He a lot of fun and guest really connected with him. My hats are off two these two individuals. They do a great job! Thousand Trails Orlando is where you want to be for fun! =)

This does not include the water slide, obstacle course, and the kayaks. Those are additional. When I went there was quite a bit of seating. You can bring your umbrella, and if you want shade, you better bring your umbrella. If you want a cabana, you better expect to pay a pretty penny and if you do that penny will only be an hour. It's not worth it. What will be cool later will be the swim up bar and the adult pool, but it was not open when i went. It is very pretty but the actual swimming area was not very big. It was more of a wading area and there was more space for the kayaks. It's nice to have an option, but for $20, i don't think it's worth it. For $10, I say it is. It would be very cool if they had festivals here, and July 4th and holiday fireworks. That would be so much fun. I would go for that. There is food but it was minimal. Two vendors with cuban sandwiches and hot dogs, and a stand for alcohol until the bar was complete. The bar is really cool and also it it where you can sit inside or sit on the side of the bar in the water. That will be a cool spot! Epperson lagoon is very pretty. It does look paradise like. It's super convenient for me and you can really feel like you are on a getaway, but price wise I'm still leaving towards my number 1 Clearwater Beach, but nothing can compare and they are still apples to oranges!

Every person on staff was super nice to my friend and me. Very helpful and they tried their best to keep the love bugs out of the water. We rented an umbrella for $15 plus tax, and it was totally worth it. The weather was perfect, but I did not want to get burnt. You can tell they are still under construction, but the view was still lovely. There really wasn't much room to swim, and the deepest the water got was maybe four feet. They have sections roped off for the kayaks/paddleboarding. I think those rentals and the slide were an additional $15. We opted out because there wasn't much room to paddle, but it was fun watching others try it out. Noodles are permitted. I can only imagine how packed this place can get on the weekend. Outside food and drinks were not permitted, but they had a bar and a food truck type trailer on site. They'll check your bags as you enter the gate. My friend and I got a mimosa for $5 and split a "Tampa Cuban" for $9. When it was time to pay, the guy said it was really $12. Extra taxes and self-inflicted tip? The sandwich was a little fatty, so I would recommend that you pack a cooler, get some Publix subs and chips and eat them in the AC of your car when you get hungry. Would I come back again? Heck yeah, at the $10 entry cost. However, according to the website, they plan on increasing the prices next month. It was nice not having to drive all the way to the coast and not deal with red tide, but not worth it when they increase the price to $20 next week.

Multiple complaints have been made through resident portal tickets, phone calls, and in-person conversations with management about the unsanitary conditions around Building 5705 near the dog park, yet little to nothing has been done. The hallways and carpets are often covered in a buildup of pet waste, urine stains, spilled food, and other debris, creating a serious health and sanitation concern. Dog waste is regularly left throughout the community, sometimes for days. On my most recent visit, I witnessed a large pile of dog waste near the pool area that several maintenance staff walked or drove past without addressing. The community has a lot of potential, but the lack of accountability from both residents and management is disappointing. Prospective renters should take the time to walk around Building 5705 and other less-visible areas of the property rather than relying solely on the buildings shown during tours. At this point, the complex should invest in adding cameras in this area and rewarding tenants with $500 off their rent if they snitch on tenants who leave poop and throw up around the building. I hope this review receives more attention than the calls, visits, and maintenance requests that have gone unanswered. On top of the the maintenance staff that wear blue constantly do nothing. They ride around the golf carts having their conversations on blast or playing music and get paid to maintain nothing because they don't clean or maintain and they damn sure don't even take the time to raise the issues they witness to the office.
