When my usual folk were not available I had to get my pool closed by someone else…read more Your webpage gave glowing pool cleaning, and other various services that I hoped I'd be able to use you for several things in the future! I sent pictures of my small oval pool with a partial overflow--Thank goodness nothing did. However, when the covers were removed Friday, the smell was really bad and we couldn't see what was the bottom of muck. But, in the 16 years since the pool was built, the pool was ALWAYS clean & clear when the covers were taken off until now. I had to get the most leaves, branches, etc. with the net, which is hard to do when the water is black. I ran the big robot vacuum for 4 full cycles, having to clean both filters between each. The 2 drains in the bottom were caked with crud. I had to scrub it with a still brush. And I spent hours cleaning 8 brand new filters that were put in just to cycle the shock. I immediately went to the pool place to get super shock and it's getting better. It's not just about the money, it's getting a job right. .I understand this may not the norm, but I've learned a lesson.

DO NOT USE TRIAD Our…read morenew home has a pool that had previously been serviced, at least open and closed, by Triad. Naturally, I wanted to continue that service especially since I have never owned a pool before. We scheduled Triad to service and open our pool with Jack. We explained, we were first time pool owners and needed some guidance in operating and taking care of the pool. We also would like to have a salt water conversion kit installed which came with the house. He explained they would have to see the kit and reschedule it to be installed depending on what it was but would look at it when they opened the pool. All good, right? So they are scheduled for Friday May 1 at 12:00, I have another appointment and must leave by 2:30. So at 12:30 we begin calling to see if Triad is coming or rescheduling or what? It was important to me that I wanted to be here to get several answers to care and operation of the pool. Anyway after several calls to their answering machine we got a message back that they were coming. I had to leave about 2:00 for another appointment but my wife was here to handle it. Mind you they were now 2 hours late for their 12:00 "appointment" but with service calls this happens right? Aside from being very very late, when they finally showed up they hurried through opening the pool, told my wife as they were leaving they didn't see the salt water kit in the pool house which it was in our garage and a simple phone call to me would have resolved but they would not allow they 2 minutes for that. So they halfway explained the pool operations to my wife, and left. First conclusion is DO NOT SCHEDULE ANYTHING WITH TRIAD if you are FORCED to don't do it for Friday afternoon as they are more interested in getting off than doing a good job! Now here is where it gets really irritating! May 4, We are ready to start enjoying our pool! It's warmed up, we've cleaned it all good. We realize the lights are not working my daughter checks to see if the breaker is on and says "dad there is water spraying out against the house from this thing". This "thing" turns out to be the sand filter. The pump pipe connection is leaking so while looking at it the pipe blows off completely water full force going everywhere! Funny, yes, but thankfully I have a standing there and we could turn it off before it caused enormous amounts of damage! Upon inspection the O ring was very dry rotted. Ok, I go get one replace it. Well it continues to leak so I call Triad Sunday night and leave a message to please call ASAP and to their credit "Jack" calls me back First thing Monday morning. He explains that it was leaking when they opened the pool but they had "lubricated the O ring & tighten the connection". This is where i call BS or a lie! The O ring, a .50 cent piece, he supposedly "lubricated" was cracked, brittle, and in VERY obvious need of replacement!!! As a result now the connection for the sand pump may need to be replaced instead of just the .50 cent O ring. Jack who becomes very defensive and rude when questioned when asked why he would "lubricants" something that very obviously needed replaced says "there are dozens of O rings we can't check everyone". Of which I replied no but maybe you should the ones that are spraying water? His reply was you should find another pool company and I certainly will!!! I hope this will help many of you find a pool company that puts a little effort into their job instead of just trying to get thru it and rigging things so they get out the door! I haven't gotten their bill yet but I'm sure it will be another discussion as well!!! LONG STORY SHORT DO NOT USE TRIAD !!!

When we had our pool installed 12 years ago, (by Blue Haven) they made some serious mistakes. Most importantly, our electrical wiring was not up to code and dangerous! Triad pools was the only pool company that bought that to our attention. They did an excellent job. Triad had their electrician re-do the wiring for our pump and pool light, and made it safe. They also removed the old plaster and replaced it with a beautiful pebble plaster. All of their construction crews worked diligently and cleaned up our pool deck to perfection when they finished. Our pool looks brand new!! Travis stayed on top of things and always made himself available when we had questions. Over all, competitive pricing, excellent work ethic, easy to work with and we are very happy with the results. They are very trustworthy and will stand behind their work! Call them to get a quote!
