Customer service is not dead!! he was so knowledgeable and patient. He turned a frustrating situation on the edge of my DIY comfort zone into a rewarding experience. I was amazed at his ability to diagnose problems without physically laying hands on the pieces and parts. We needed three mini split units to be looked at - two of them clearly hadn't been cleaned in years and were FULL of black mold and leaked during the hot and humid months constantly. Robert and his son worked tirelessly, taking everything apart and cleaning the parts thoroughly. They laid drop cloths and vacuumed up any dirt before they left, leaving everything as new!
