The process was pretty simple. They measured, asked about options and we signed the paperwork and the order was placed. The windows arrived when they said they would and the crew was there on the morning of install as they promised. Seem like they sent more guys then they needed but that was their business (our price was already set). They worked most of the day and took about 30 mins to cleanup and showed us how everything worked. After they left we double-checked their caulking (inside and out) and everything look really good. Not that we were surprised but you never know. The windows have been in for several weeks now and the owner called to check in last week (nice touch!). We are happy with the results and they will be our first call when we do the rear windows next year.

However, the rate that i was charged at $180/hr for each person to put together 3 beds was ridiculous. This was not transparent in their quote. I was under the impression that would be $180 for both ($90/hr) which is still expensive but doable. $180/hr per person is more than a Union Contractor makes in NYC. The Handymen were just there to build 3 beds! The price was insane and i will NEVER use them again. If you wish to use them, please make sure they provide you with a detailed breakdown of the costs (not just a per hour quote) so you are not surprised like i was.

August marks a year now and still no pool and no word from John since beginning of July. No end in sight for this disaster! Horrible contractor! Promised project done in 16 weeks and it has been a year of failed commitments. When confronted, rather than take accountability, he denied responsibility--just as he has done with other documented complaints online. He will take your deposit and extort more funds for the job to be completed. This situation left my property compromised, unsafe, and requiring immediate corrective work. The majority of the tasks that were promised to be completed were left incomplete or not even started, yet they still requested more money. On top of that, they often left things a mess, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Additionally the owner of the business reached out to me directly and I shared my poor experiences with Trimelogic and wanting to be returned the money associated with the work that was never started and they never got back to me. I would not recommend Trimelogic to anyone looking for reliable communication, timely work, honesty, and quality workmanship. Save yourself the stress, time, and money -- hire someone who values honesty, communication, and proper execution.
