Same day service. Qualified electrician,Cole, that targeted the problem after several tests throughout the house. He discovered a junction box in the attic that we didn't even know. The bill was even reasonable. Where as the first electrical company, Lightning Bug, suggested 3 options to fix the issue- each were at least 2 times or more than what Lots Electric charged us. And the options that Lightning Big offered was not what actually fixed the issue that Lots discovered. We will return to Lots Electric for our future repair and remodeling needs. read more

Experienced, honest, good price! Steve and his team know what they are doing! One of the can lights in our kitchen ceiling worked sporadically. They skillfully diagnosed the problem - it was a tiny, rusted wire inside the fixture. A less experienced, less honest electrician may have turned this into an expensive repair. Also, Cole and young Stephen resolved the problems with our outdoor GFI outlets and photocell that had not been working for years. He really helped me feel that they were a smaller mom-n-pop style business and they were not going to try to escalate the job to a new electrical panel right off the bat as some of the larger companies do. Absolutely incredible experience with such wonderful people!! After working on a DIY project, I ended up changing several outlets in my house, but things got a bit 'tangled' with the wiring on the 2 and 3-way outlets when I put them back in. It wasn't a major issue since the plugs still worked, but I had to manually turn on the lights. I was dreading figuring it out on my own, so I spent 20 minutes in the electric aisle at my local home improvement store, but no electrician ever came down the aisle (can you believe it?!). Deciding to head home and consult YouTube, I passed a driveway in my neighborhood with a Lots Electric van parked, and luckily, the owner was just getting something from the van at that moment. I explained my situation to him & he took him time to graciously point out where I probably had gone wrong and what I needed to do to fix it. When I asked how much it would cost for him to fix it (which was incredibly reasonable, by the way), he said they could swing by on their way out of the neighborhood that day and take care of it for me. Thirty minutes later, Steve and his apprentice, Chris, arrived, fixed the issue (and another, unrelated switch I had messed up), and were incredibly kind throughout the whole process. As Chris is still apprenticing, he received thorough explanations from Steve, who patiently supervised each of the tasks. Now everything works perfectly again, and I am immensely grateful that no electrician appeared in the aisle that day.
