He told us that quickly but continued to walk around our house for around an hour .. He then told us we needed to call someone else and told us we owed $330.00. I felt he knew that within first 15 minutes and don't feel we should have been charged that amount of money for absolutely nothing . He did not have appropriate equipment to detect a leak which was what we initially called for . Tyler and Trent replaced a customer supplied 50 gallon short water heater and they did a very excellent job. We are highly satisfied with the service we received. We highly recommend asking for Tyler for any plumbing jobs that you have. He was highly skilled at his craft and very well stocked on his truck. Buck trained all new plumbers at the company he worked for for 18 years so giving Tyler a five star review really means alot. Tyler was highly efficient, informative, conservative grooming standards, respectful, and polite. This means alot to a master plumber who served 30+ years in the business but can no longer lift water heaters.
