Love love loved this bookstore! I'm a big romantasy reader but my husband isn't. I brought him along and he even commented on how well decorated and set up the store is. It's gorgeous and thoughtfully planned with sections for different sub genres of romantasy. And there's a covered alleyway to the doughnut shop next door. If I could I would spend hours and hundreds here!

I'm so glad that I (somehow) heard about this new shop in Eugene. I'm a fan of "romantasy", so a bookstore dedicated to the genre? Let me jump on it. For the uninitiated, romantasy is kinda as it sounds--romantic fantasy, a subgenre of the other two. This bookstore is set up with different shelves, like the YA shelf; the spicy shelf; etc. They shelf tags have a description of that section and a rating of how spicy it is, how dark, and so on. Clever and a great idea for helping pick out what someone may like! There are a bunch of tables in here for folks to chill with their book, and they have a lot of events as well. I saw a PJ reading party, maybe silent book club, and some others that look so fun. I want to go to one of them myself but they're already booked up whilst we're here visiting my mom. I'll be keeping my eye on their calendar so that next time we're home I can maybe get a spot. They sell locally made merchandise as well. There were cute little potion bottles, scrunchies, pins, and some cool beaded bookmarks as well. I love that they support other creators here. I bought a couple of the scrunchies and may go back for one of the cool bookmarks to give to a friend as a gift. On each table, there's a little paper telling you how you can order some donuts and coffee. They have the tables named--so clever!--so you follow the QR code to place your order from O My Mini Donuts which is owned by the same folks. I wasn't sitting down, so the woman told me that I could either order using the table system or I could walk through the door in the back of the shop that leads to the donut shop. I think they sell coffee and drinks, since there's a little alcove there that is primed for it... and now I think about it, they definitely do because I saw that they have mocktails and stuff. This place is totally a vibe. I don't really read books in their physical form any longer unless it's a book I can't get electronically but the events and stuff will definitely have me keeping an eye on the shop. They're located on 5th Avenue at Willamette, along with some other cool shops and restaurants. There's no dedicated parking, but you'll find street parking is fairly easy.

So cute and cozy. Clean and welcoming. They are so kind and gentle here. Very relaxing atmosphere. Was so grateful to be here waiting for my coffee. It smells like Alice in Winderful inside, a mix of apple pie and blue berry muffins. It was so alluring. My coffee was made to perfection and it was 4.25 I ordered a quad americano with cream. It was absolutely delicious and smooth. The coffee was bold and nutty! Nothing acidic about it! I Felt so amazing sipping this all morning. I can't wait to. One back and just relax here and read books alone. It's got nice sun in the front room at the entry, and soft music that isn't elevator but perfect for the vibe. This cute cafe is a dream come true for me and so many lovers of books. I can't wait to have a book club meeting here one day. Xoxo, Ciao

I love this little bookstore! They just opened and the vibes are simply immaculate. The owner works there and is super nice. They have a small selection right now because they haven't been open long, but I can't wait to see them grow. It's incredibly cozy here and I can totally see myself sitting down and getting lost in a good book. They serve drinks and treats and deliver them to your table. You can also order mini donuts from O My Mini Donuts next door, which is a big plus! There is street parking and a big parking lot just down the street from here. The bathroom is a bit hard to find but it's clean. I definitely plan on coming back with my friends in the future!

A beautiful store with very friendly and helpful staff. We went for a signing, and the ambience I'd fantastic.

So stopping at Bree's Way, which is a new-to-me store (I'm not sure it was here even four years ago when I came home to visit) was a must stop. The woman there was really friendly, but they didn't have anything that called to me. Their jewelry selection was ok but limited; mostly rings and some pendants. They sell some chains for the pendants. They also have a lot of the standard Tarot decks, some esoteric and occult-related merchandise, posters, crystals, and so on. Parking was not bad for me when I visited, but there's not a lot of parking on Alder here. And if you don't know how to parallel park, probably best to avoid parking on the street. There's a parking lot about a block and a half down the street.

It was very cool they had a tarot deck out that you could use..we had fun with this. The woman working was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back when we're in the area

I've been buying oils from Heather for 10 years, and I've had nothing but great experiences from her. I went on a wild goose chase to find her and I was able to catch her in her final store front days before she switched over to her home front business permanently. I hadn't been to her shop for years, so I was so excited to have found her! I was looking for a specific product from years ago, and sadly she didnt have the ingredients to make it. What she did was ask what I was needing it for, made a concoction specifically for me, and hand made a custom bottle on the spot for me for $25! I've never experienced such personalized one on one interaction so I believe the experience you get for what you pay, is so incredible worth the value. All in all, I would recommend her

I have had friends who have gone there and none of them will ever go back. Two of the women were subjected to insulting comments about their cultures. One felt they were treated poorly because of their race. The classes were horrible. "Master herbalist" Heather Nic an Fhleisdeir would frequently go off into irrelevant rants during the classes and waste time (time that was paid for by the students) complaining about everything from other people's lifestyles to environmentalists to whatever random thing came into her head. And she was not particularly knowledgeable on any of the topics she ranted about. At time she seemed rather histrionic. Heather Nic an Fhleisdeir has poor boundaries or little respect for clients, students or anyone who does not agree with everything she says. She sprayed something on a friend of mine without permission. My friend has nut allergies and developed a bad rash and migraine within minutes of the incident. After telling a class that she never diagnoses or prescribes for legal reasons she then proceeded to prescribe herbs to someone who walked into the door. And she did so without asking this women any important questions like allergies or pregnancy. This person is dangerous and I do not know why she is still in business.
