It came hot and steamy with the sriracha aioli adding the perfect amount of spice heat and flavor. The bread was fresh, the onions caramelized and the flavors blended very well. I found this to be an incredibly good sandwich, especially considering there was no meat. Huh, imagine that.... Yea, I would order it again The only downside is that the door remains open and the flies are here. A fan over the door blowing out would solve that..
