He worked well with our insurer and we got it back looking better than new about two weeks later. Paint work is outstanding., car is clean, headlights match (older versus new; the polished the old to give it the same clear look). My wife and I are pretty fussy so 5 stars means a lot to us. All of them told me the dent was too big to pop out and they couldn't help me. I called Ohio Dent Repair, text them photos of the damage and to my surprise, he said he was pretty confident that he could get that fixed and told me to come in at 3p the same day. I arrived a few minutes early. He was waiting for me and pulled the car into the bay and immediately got to work. I get nervous so I didn't watch him do the repair but 10 minutes later, the dent was nearly undetectable. Given how deep it and big the dent was, I can live with the few imperfections that are left behind. To the average eye, nothing happened. I also appreciate the fact that he said he could touchup the paint but the color wouldn't be an exact match and it would stick out even worse unmatched, then untouched. I ended up calling the dealer and ordering a touchup paint stick from them so that I can fix the three very small spots where the paint did get chipped. I could not be more happy with the service they provided today and will never use anyone else for this service, if I ever need it again. Top notch! Great customer service! Great work!

I called and asked about getting my vehicle in to have two new tires put on. I already had the tires but just needed them mounted and balanced. The gentleman I spoke to told me to bring it right in and they could have it done by the end of the day. I asked if there was anyway possible way to have it done by 11:30 AM due to needing the vehicle for work purposes and he stated they should be able to accommodate me. Not only did they have it done by the time I requested, it was done by approx. 10:30 AM. Considering I called and then dropped it at 9 AM and they had it done an hour before the time I requested, I'd say this is fantastic customer service from start to finish. Stopped in today to have some work done on my car and was told their policy is if you've done any…read morework yourself on your car such as change the spark plugs done your own oil change or any kind of work on the car that you have touched they will not work on your car for liability reasons. They cited that their shop has been sued multiple times in the past Which makes me wonder what they have done to be sued so many times that they had to create a policy. The gentleman behind the desk and one of the mechanics suggested that I lie in the future about having done any work on my car so they are actually promoting lying and dishonest acts Which further makes me worry about and wonder about their integrity and adds Creedence to the fact that they have been sued multiple times. I would highly recommend trying somewhere else and not doing any business with this place. My father and brother were mechanics and I grew up around a garage and it is worrisome and unethical to turn down work out of fear of being sued again. There are plenty of other garages in the area. I recommend seeking out one of them.
