I took it to another jeweler who priced the piece at OVER $5,000.00. I felt so ripped off when Summit handed me the $410 price for a piece of jewelry that has been in my family for over 20 years. I have no idea where they got that price for a piece with over 12 beautiful diamonds in it and the piece is in great condition. the environment in there was very lax and sort of loud. overall, not impressed and they definitely tried to rip me off. not cool.

The customer service, knowledge of the staff, selection of pieces, and ability to do custom work is truly elite compared to my experiences in other stores. Jennifer was my sales representative and Nikki was my jeweler who did the custom work. They were both kind, patient, and attentive while responding to my many questions. It's truly a small thing but they also have great memories and will mention things that I said in passing at prior visits. The store has selections of estate pieces as well as many new items. I just really could not have had a better experiences and am so grateful to have found the store. I fully plan to continue my magpie ways and be a lifelong customer here.

I buy One piece (1), thank God only one, a diamond bracelet, and it has broken 3 times in the same spot on the link. Now they tell me they won't fix it! Their excuse is when jewelry is repaired it weakens it and can break again. I call BS. Not if it were repaired properly. I hadn't been to this location before, and stopped in only to get a few silver polishing cloths since I was in the neighborhood. Walked out after about 45 minutes with some pretty new pieces (and luckily remembered my polishing cloths). They have pieces that range from fairly inexpensive ($30 or so for a plain sterling cigar or half-round band, for instance) to much more expensive. I last visited here in 2019, and look forward to visiting again. Their inventory doesn't really change much, though--they don't seem to get unique merchandise in, and rather carry the same styles in various in different stones--so it might be a bit more gentle on my pocketbook... and maybe I'll get out of there with just the polishing cloths this time, as intended.
