I've been trying to get this company to fix my truck but they don't answer the phone and just pass the claim on to someone else. I have gotten NOWHERE, in the claims process and don't even know who to call to try and get something done. Based on the other complaints, it looks like this is Farm Bureau's hustle - to just dodge any and all phone calls in hopes that the claimant will just give up.
